747 Queen St, Honolulu“It’s a good location and the staff is nice. They are good at replacing things that are broken or fixing equipment. Clean gym and the members are good at cleaning after themselves too. Only thing I wish they had room for another squat rack and had a dips station.”
“I was blessed to have the privilege to be participating at this establishment. Recommended by a coworker and true friend who works out here, advised me they could help me out. The Owner and the Staff are real professional in what they do, and have so much Aloha. I would highly recommend this Center.”
“Just wish it was better organized. There is a cardio room, but cycling, rowing, stair, and other cardio machines are also on the basketball court. 3 weight rooms all have randomly placed weight equipment, and the stretching machines are upstairs from the weight room, but there are also some stretching machines and floor mats on the basketball court.Maybe a diagram in the lobby would help.Staff has always been really nice and helpful, and I appreciate the long hours and after-hours access.”

Kimo the coach was extremely welcoming and kind, as were the athletes that greeted me with smiles and handshakes. There was a very positive and community driven energy about the class, which I deeply appreciated!
The box itself was very organized and clean, which I also appreciated!
I will be definitely be coming back and will be my go to box when I am in town!”

“I can highly recommend taking Dennis' classes - he's very knowledgeble and his background is unique. I've taken his classes for years on our visits here before covid, usually always the outdoor ones at Kapiolani Park - I love the ambiance, the sounds there , the gorgeous Banyon trees. This time we stayed at the Hyatt Regency where Dennis has his perfect studio, as well as he's also the intructor for the Hyatt's free yoga classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So I enjoyed multi classes on the lanai here, the Park yoga and I especially enjoyed the new studio - my first experience with the straps and bars. A great workout - relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time. I'm looking forward to our next visit!! Cheryl Z.”

“Had a great time at this facility!I paid a $15 drop-in fee and a $3 racket rental fee. The owner warmed up with me and even taught me the correct way to pronate my arm! It felt like a private lesson and I really appreciate the time and effort he made to help me improve my game. The facility has 3 courts, comfortable seats, and drinks to purchase. Definitely going back the next time I'm in Oahu.”

“I have to say, I was a bit skeptical when my husband and I came for our orientation. We met with Gil and he gave us a tour of the gym and went over our diets. My husband and I are currently empty nesters and now we want to focus on our health and growing old together. We started off with trying to get our diets on track which was really hard for me since I LOVE to eat! We started the work out sessions and I have to say, GIl is awesome! From the bottom of my heart, he is patient, energetic and encouraging. I have to admit I want to cry during some workouts but at the end I feel proud of myself. Gil goes at a pace that is doable. The gym is a smaller gym which we love since it's never full with people. Everyone seems respectful and after working out people wipe down the equipment and that puts us at ease that the gym is clean. Depending on what you go parking is tight, they have a limited amount of stalls fronting the gym during non business hours for RMY Construction. But there is another building that allows gym users to park nearby. We are currently on our second month and Gil has turned me into a believer. Thank you Gil for all that you do we appreciate you helping us reach our health goals.”
“CrossFit Oahu is great. Bryant and his team are knowledgeable and keep everyone motivated, challenging us to improve our technique and do things the right way. I truly recommend it.”
