“Ulu Mana is fairly new - it's located across the street from the Hawaiian Chip Company. I did not try the freshly made ulu chips but I did go over for the ulu hummus. The tumeric was my favorite!!The shop also carries a lot of other local products - it's definitely the place to hit up to shop local or take goodies to family/friends in the mainland or abroad. The owner was the one helping me and he was really friendly and welcoming.”
“Buy local, eat local, live a healthier life, and support your neighbors. Farm link makes the food delivery process so easy. Everything delivers right to my door and I don’t have to go to the grocery store anymore.
They offer so many varieties of produce, local meat and fresh catch seafood options, and specialty goods such as krouts, deserts, cheeses, specialty alcohol, and more, so it’s easy to browse, add to cart, and enjoy new products.
I just use farm link and the Farmers market and I’m happy! They accept EBT and offer free delivery if you use EBT or if you spend over $70. Invest in your health ?”
“This store has more items than the nearby ABC store and the prices are more reasonable. The store is much larger than expected. If you are staying in a hotel with a kitchen, this store is recommended.”
“What's not to love?

802 Mapunapuna St, Honolulu“This place stays busy all day long while merchant's pile in to get the freshest tasting fruits and vegetables and spices imported from the orient, it's actually a good place to bring the family to explore the culture of their heritage. Weekend's are busy so you want to get their early.”
“Found this place by accident. It is a neighborhood mom & pop store. The poke is ono. Poke is made with fresh fish. No frozen. Reasonably priced. The ahi limu poke was $14 a pound. Spicy ahi was $15 a pound. They have other items. Go check it out.”
“We found Malunggay here and cleaned them out! Also we left with some tupig. It was a huge portion for what you get. The store is small, but we found what we needed. They have Okinawan sweet potatoes too. They’re across the street from H Mart.”
“Forget the picture-perfect poke bowls, not IG-worthy. Tamashiro Market offers a taste of poke in its purest, most authentic form. Beyond the familiar ahi, a diverse array of other fishes awaits. Here, the focus is on the fish - not fancy toppings. Glistening cubes of ahi, aku, or kajiki. It's a journey back in time, a taste of Hawaii's history in every bite, just brings back many childhood memories. Surprisingly, very affordable prices.”
