It’s always a great time in the store. Everybody is very knowledgeable and friendly. It’s my good to store when I want to add another watch or accessory to the collection.
Service is great in my point of view. Everywhere can get busy at times so just be patient with the workers there if it gets busy.
Got great selections of watches and other accessories (e.g. wallets and bags...). Price wise to me it's affordable for the quality of the products that one can spend to treat themselves.

I’ve bought dozens of watches here over time and at other Fossil Stores. Imagine my shock when I come in today to have my battery changed on two of my watches. I was informed there is a “$20 service fee” per watch. Did the policy change? At other Fossil stores in the past, my replacement was free. My last Fossil, a mechanical Fossil my wife bought me died a month after the one year warranty. My smart Fossil I bought here would die after just five hours. Swatch replaces their batteries for free and my local jewelry store would only charge me $7. Needless to say, I won’t be back. I’ve bought Fossil Watches for the last 16 years and will never buy another.

My go to store (besides their sister store Watch Station in Waikele) when I'm at the mall and want to browse around for watches.Got great selections of watches and other accessories (e.g. wallets and bags...). Went to this AlaMoana location today and bought a new watch. My 12th Fossil. I have to say I always get great customer service here. Today I was helped by Khara (name on my receipt) . She's very kind and helpful, and she was able to fix one of my watches while I was browsing for a new one. She had fixed a seal that wasn't fastened properly from when I got a battery replaced from a non Fossil store.I tried to tip her but Khara refused it with a great big smile. Thank you again for the quick fix and I'm happy with the one

Good store. Love to look at the latest watch styles. Fossil is a brand thats not too expensive but looks nice and keeps accurate time. Helpful employees. A highly recommended store.
