I find it disgusting that the food sold is so high. Montevallo is a low income neighborhood, mostly students. Even for myself as a Coast Guard veteran, can barely afford to shop there. This business should be catered to the students. I will NEVER shop there again.Beverly Davis,205-761-7077

This FOODLAND IS EXTREEMLY RACIST AGAINST CAUCASIANS ! The clerks at the entryway call out UNFOUNDED CRIMINAL RACIST PROFILING CODES over the loudspeaker as you enter store to the extent I have boycotted all foodland stores altogether. In addition I have also experienced RECCURING RACISM FROM THEIR DISPROPORTIONATLY ASIAN EMPLOYEES.

Thank you to KELSEY at Foodlands Order Call Center. After my failed attempts to submit an order to the Aina Haina store for their Somen Salad Platter, I called Aina Haina Foodland and was given their number to that call center. After explaining to Kelsey, she went and called Aina Haina and then called me back, put me in their online system and submitted my order online and with instructions on curbside pickup for my order to pick up.AWESOME Customer Service by this young lady!!Thank You❤

Very bad customer service on the big island with this while mask thing lost a customer and not seeing customers if they aren't able to have or wear a mask that is insane. Customers should be before anything like that losing business ? the associates are very rude and mean

I went to the new Foodland in Pearl City today between 11am-12pm to buy a gift card for a friend for Christmas. I went to the counter right after you enter the front door, I believe it was the customer service counter. They should change it to NO customer service counter. I was the only person in line and waited as the clerk finished a conversation with another employee. I waited while she did something on the counter and continued talking with the employee. I still waited as an employee entered the store and walked right up to the counter covering her mouth as she forgot her mask, the clerk immediately grabbed a box of masks from the counter and gave the employee a mask and had a brief conversation. I again waited until the employee was free to ask if I needed any help. I informed her that I wanted to purchase a gift card and she proceeded to ring me up. She handed me the card and the receipt, I asked her if they had a card holder for the gift card. She looked at me as if saying “is there anything else you want” she seemed so annoyed that I just wanted a simple gift card holder. I mean why don’t you hand people a gift card with the holder and let them decide if they need it or not, don’t be annoyed if the customer request for one. I have heard from a few people that Foodland in Pearl City has really bad customer service and now I have experienced it first hand. I don’t think Foodland Corporate will do anything but I just wanted to explain my frustration.

It was really upsetting to find out that Foodland changed there policy at this Time when people really need as much Help because of this covid 19 pandemicThey changed their Thanksgiving Maikaii special to $50. Instead of $25.We have to spend $50. To get a Turkey for$6.Times are hard right now

Kailua assistant director has poor customer service, and lacks the knowledge of the double your money back. 3 poke bowls was bought and it was spicy ahi mayo soup with a orange.color . I called and was told to bring it with the reciept. I was given attitude and told that poke dont qualify for double your money back. It's on the website. So I'll proceed to call corporate. 1 out of 10 rating

They have a cashier by the of Carmelita that needs to take some classes on customer service. I was in her line to check out ( 8 items line) with no one behind me, I had 11 items and she would not scan my extra 3 items. I am 70 years old and when she asked if I had my Maikai card I said no (I was looking for it), she did not wait and just completed my order. Then I grabbed the 3 items she wouldn't scan the first time and ran them thru as a seperate order. Will not be going back to that store.... Read More

The downtown Sack n Save Deli is in need of more help!! If someone is out on leave, even for an extended time, they are not able to hire more help, I'm told. At 5p, when people buy food for dinner, they're getting ready to shut down because of the lack of available staff. Customer service becomes very bad.
