Excellent customer service, they will email you a ZIP file of ALL their floral designs for your funeral service. They deliver for a small fee. Wonderful company with a small staff, but so well run! Lots of care and Aloha when we used them in 2019 for my stepdad's service and now in 2023 for my darling Mom's memorial service. The store is very small with adequate free parking on the makai side of their building. They also have photo albums of their floral designs and you can see the various colored ribbon banners for the funeral wreaths and decide on wording.

Flowers by Fletcher delivered exactly what I ordered for my mom's funeral. The arrangements were big and beautiful. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I would highly recommend Flowers by Fletcher.

I got a wreath for my mother's services from Fletcher's! They did an awesome job with what flowers and arrangements I wanted! My mother's favorite color was yellow so Fletcher's was able to make my wreath with yellow flowers. Awesome florist will highly recommend.

Amazing flower arrangement! Our family has ordered flowers here for many years and have never been disappointed. I called from the mainland to order flowers from me and my brother and cousins for my Aunt's funeral (turns out there were other arrangements for her service as well!). Simple but stunning arrangement of anthuriums, white orchids and greenery. Soooooooo beautiful! Looked exactly like the picture here on Yelp. It looked huge in my family's photos. Friendly and efficient service. Definitely A plus!!!

I've passed by the shop many times, but due to unfortunate circumstances, I needed to call and place an order for large bouquets. I appreciate their patience and willingness to help with this order, since I contacted them the day before the funeral. They were very patient with me over phone while I tried to figure out best times for pick up. They offered delivery but it was convenient for me to pick up. Usually they receive their flowers to arrange in the morning at a certain time; however, they made time to pick up flowers themselves, in order to fulfill my requested time for pick up. Thank you so much! I really appreciate it. I wish I had a better photo of the flowers, but they were beautiful in person.

Fletcher is the best florist I have come across. Responsive, dependable and his flower arrangements are stunning, all at very reasonable prices. Wreaths and urn spray were the nicest I have seen.

Smooth Service. Did my dads funeral at Mililani Makai and they were a recommended vendor. I called she sent email with quote. Approval in minutes. Their selection and availability and customer experience is why I would highly recommend them.
