Disapppinting. I asked for 1 protea mixed with peonies, ranunculus, garden roses (the one looks like juliet rose). The bouquet I got didn't have peonies/ranunfulus/ nor juliet rose. It was just roses and some rithiantious. Not happy with the order after paying over $700 all together.

I loved the flowers done by Evan for my second wedding .(He did my first as well). Our bouquets weee beautiful and the decorations as well . He decorated my cake and delivered the flowers early . Love his work . I just sent pictures with ideas and he exceeded my expectations.

Working with Jasmine and the entire Florist Grand team was such a pleasure. I'm so appreciative of their patience and flexibility as they managed my ever-changing mind! They were responsive and thorough throughout the process and made my life so much easier which is very much appreciated during the wedding planning season! I could not be prepared for how absolutely SHOOK I was with how everything turned out. To see my grainy, little screenshots turned into beautiful arrangements in real life brought tears to my eyes. I was in awe! My bouquet, all the leis, and the ALTAR... could not have been more perfect. THANK YOU! You all are amazing.

This is a contracted vendor w/ our wedding venue, Moana Surfrider. Our ceremony package included a bouquet and boutonniere. I had sent a picture of the bouquet I wanted many months in advance to which it was confirmed that it would be included. However, 3 weeks prior to our wedding, we were told that we would not only be upcharged an extra $150+ but the actual bouquet included in our package was way off from what we had agreed upon. We were also told that not only would we be charged but we wouldn't be guaranteed peonies. I had also previously inquired about a floral arch to which the pricing came back to be $2,800. Followed up asking if we took out 1 foot worth of flowers, how would that change the pricing to which the answer was that it would be the same cost. Like, whaaat? In the end, this was resolved as we brought this up with our event manager.

The team at Florist Grand was amazing to work with. They are a preferred vendor with our venue and we are so glad because they did an amazing job with my bouquet, the bouquet for my MOH, as well as the boutonnières for my husband and his best man. I sent a photo as inspiration and they did an outstanding job matching based on the flowers available. They were better than I could have imagined. They were delivered on time directly to our room, they were extremely responsive from start to finish and the product was excellent. Would definitely recommend!

We used this vendor for the bride bouquet, groom boutonnière, and ceremony arch piece because that's what came with out wedding package from the Kahala. I'm so glad we didn't use them for anything else as a family friend did the rest of the florals for the wedding. My bouquet was missing the two-tone flowers which I stressed I wanted, about 30% of the flowers were VERY wilted, and the bouquet was a super awkward shape. I asked for the draping bouquet but instead got one with straight stems but the "draping" look in the front. So instead of being able to hold it in front of me I had to hold it at my side. And that thing was HEAVY. It was so awkward I finally gave up holding it after the ceremony and so it's not in half the portraits. I also wanted to dry the bouquet and boutonnière for keepsakes but the hubby threw away the boutonnière immediately after the wedding because, "it was wilted and ugly," according fo him. For a guy to say that it's got to look pretty bad.

Jasmine is wonderful to work with and we LOVE the flower arrangements on our wedding day - so beautiful!! We asked for white rose and baby blue Baby's Breath without describing further details. When the flowers arrived on my wedding day they were exactly what I liked and so gorgeous.

So we came home from our vacation to LA from our anniversary to be greeted with a delivery the next morning, a lovely peace lily from Honolulu Florist from my mother. Of course I do my research for new plants coming into my home, unfortunately I found out this plant is considered moderately toxic to dog. My dog Lola is a cattle dog and kind of a grazer. So I called up the Honolulu Florist and let them know of our situation, the lady I spoke to was very friendly and receptive to my concerns and she said of current inventory she had a nice rubber tree plant in a cool bamboo box. Right up my alley, mild if eaten accidentally and I had one before and they are easy to care for and pretty resilient. So I head over afterwork. A far more convenient location in nearby kakaako but it did plot weird on google maps. The store front is more on Kamani street, like a block off ward and parallel to ward. It's the green mall directly right to the new Shepard Fairey (OBEY) mural. Great shop, lots of lovely arrangements and a bu ch being prepared in back. I met the lady I spoke to on the phone (didn't catch her name) super friendly and understanding. Told me how to treat and care for my new plant. I mean I didn't know there was a florist so close and convenient, I'm used to trekking to Chinatown with the hassle of traffic. My mom on the east coast ordered it, she doesn't even have a smart phone so I'm positive online ordering is easy. Definitely will come back for my plant and flower needs.

Florist Grand did an amazing job decorating our wedding. The flowers turned out exactly how I pictured it. Yes, they are a bit pricey, but you do get what you paid for and they do work with your budget. The flowers were fresh, full, and absolutely stunning. They were also easy to communicate and work with. They paid attention to my requests and accommodated any last minute changes. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting how beautiful our wedding was. Overall I was very satisfied with their services and would highly recommend them without a doubt.

Very disappointed in the floral arrangement delivered to my sister for her birthday from Teleflora via Honolulu Florist as the provider. I made several attempts to contact them with no answer. I just wanted them to fulfill the order, rectify the issues: height and width of the arrangement was not met. I expected the product I paid for ($78 = $55 + $18 delivery fee and taxes). What I got was a less than expected product I could have picked up at Safeway floral Dept for $15.

My boyfriend had ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine's Day, however what he seen and ordered is not what he got! We know valentines is supposed to be busy for florists, however when people spend lots of money on flowers we still hold the expectation bar high. We will not recommend this place to anyone. Don't get me wrong- we appreciate everything given to us however this just looks like they were in a rush and threw some roses in a vase. He could've very much bought a cheap bouquet of roses and put it in a vase & that's what it looks like to us. Don't waste your money.
