One of the main highlights is the Saturday hand-pulled noodles, known as Biang Biang noodles, which are highly recommended and sell out quickly, often before 1 pm. These noodles are praised for their perfect texture, flavor, and the spicy sauce with homemade chili oil, offering a culinary experience worth planning ahead for. The noodles are available only every other week, adding an element of exclusivity and making the visit more special. I can't get enough of this place! People are friendly and helpful, made a lot of friends, always something yummy to eat or drink, something new to see or try, fantastic events and wonderful classes!
