Just a warning to everyone - the bank has a new scam they are implementing on the customers. If you do a mobile deposit, the picture will look fine but they will submit it blurry to the other bank - then charge you $30 when it’s returned. It really sucks, because they will claim it’s your fault and not give you the refund for the “blurry” picture their software altered. Shame on you First Hawaiian Bank.

Worst customer service ever. Changing my address took me two visits and 3 hours later. The black lady is the worst. She's still employed there. Unbelievable.

I like this branch. The workers are friendly and very helpful. Very understanding of your needs and try to accommodate you the best they can. Some of the customers though...lol Everyone has their moments, but Life is too short to stress out so much...just breathe.

I went into the bank and Alise the Customer Service representative at the Moanalua branch quickly came to help us. We needed help with putting a banking app on my phone and she didn't hesitate to do it for us. We are a little concerned about doing banking online and she showed us how easy it was. Thank you FHB and their great staff.

The worst bank ,Tellers are slow.Inside the bank stinks , floors are dusty.I wish I had the option to put zero starsDon’t come to this location , you’ll be waiting till Christmas standing in this line ?

I have been a business customer at this branch for over 20 years. FHB Moanalua used to have four notaries, great business tellers, and excellent customer service reps. Sadly everything about this branch has been going downhill for a while and is near or at rock bottom. I'll be moving all my accounts across the street to CPB which so far has provided excellent service.My say something nice: The building itself is a wonderful example of MCM architecture - I will miss looking at the translucent stone walls.

First time here to deposit cash to someone's account. Yup just like the other yelp reviews say. Two tellers. Line is 15+ customers deep. Came back later and was luckier but it quickly got super busy again but still only 2 tellers

Nothing to complain about...Seriously in comparison to my town location mainly Kapiolani with a ton of people waiting in line there's no sense of urgency here...not having the tellers to rush at all but there's always a line here and it's just normal as usual so I haven't been here in months searching for the right location.Very ready to give up having to see so many in training and taking the longest time to process a simple transaction to walk away to get approval constantly is a bit frustrating and know that the nation is short staffed know also that the right place will know how to take care of their employees to keep them happy and productive see that FHB isn't one of them.With that this Moanalua location has been here forever since to my knowledge and since I was in the area decided to give them a visit and with a huge parking lot it was easy to drive in and park since I only have less than an hour before they close it was completely empty was in and out in just minutes...nothing spectacular...no frills...no problem just wished I wasn't forced to be pushed to this situation and be slightly inconvenienced.Thank you!

Level of incompetence is 5 stars they absolutely don't care.I don't know how many more unsatisfied reviews would it take before they overhaul their service or fire those who think it's normal to have this horrible service

Why are there not enough employees working to accommodate the many customers you have?? It is Friday and there are almost 20 customers in line. This is ridiculous. There should be no reason the tellers are not fully staffed on Monday’s , Wednesday’s , and Friday’s. The most busiest bank days. And if there is a shortage in staff the managers from other departments need to step up and help the overwhelming amount of customers. I am positive your tellers are frustrated as much as we are.
