I was referred here by Honolulu VW after my Golf was hit while parked and couldn’t be more satisfied with the repair. Brandon was easy to communicate with and provided excellent customer service on top of a quick, quality repair. My car looks like new again. Mahalo for the great work!

Donnie really knows the meaning of Aloha and Quality Customer Service. I have never needed a body shop before and came to him with front end damage that needed repair or it would be a FAIL for safety. He immediately put me at ease and reassured me he can help me out. My car was ready before he said it would be and it looked like brand spanking new! He helped me fall in love with my car again! The work was incredible and Donnie's personality put it over the top. Need a body shop??? I got a guy! I will not hesitate to recommend this place in the future!!! Mahalo Donnie!

10/10 highly recommend this autobody shop. They treat you like family, they make sure all your worries are taken care of, they leave your car better off than how it was before the damage occurred, they treat your vehicle like it’s their own, and they’re very responsive, respectful, kind, and always willing to go that extra mile to help the process. I’ll only take my car to this shop

Took my car in to have a spoiler installed. Great service, kept my appointment time and got me out in the same day. As far as the quality of work? It was outstanding. Did more than what I asked or expected. Phenomenal job. Highly recommend seeking them out for body work.

So I was involved in a minor fender bender (not my fault of course) I chose Fermahin's cause someone had told me that they are quick, reliable and do good work. So the day of my accident I reached out and they told me to bring the car in at my earliest convenience, just happen to be the next day. They were very friendly and when I brought the car in the estimate was done and before I even got home the estimate was sent to my insurance. I want to say this was a Friday. By Monday my insurance had approved the work. That same day the shop called me and said bring my car back the following Monday. I've had a couple of fender benders and usually it takes a month to order parts and multiple weeks to schedule the appointment get the work done. I brought my car on a Tuesday (worked Monday) and by Friday my car was done. Not only was the work done quickly it was done very well. I have no complaints about Fermahin's and I definitely recommend this shop!

Donnie and Brandon showed true ALOHA to my mom yesterday, who was so distressed after she drove over something that damaged her car. She looked up an Auto Body Repair shop near her and drove over to Fermahin's. She was greeted by Donnie who was on his way out, but took the time to listen to my mom and arranged to have Brandon work on her car. Brandon was already working on a truck on the lift. But he swapped out the truck for my mom's car and had her car repaired in an hour. I came home from work and my mom shared how long it has been since she has experienced such MALAMA and ALOHA. Our ohana is so grateful and will always remember your kindness and generosity. MAHALO!

‼ RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY COLLEGE FRIENDS AND MORE ‼ I was recommended this place & drove out not knowing what to expect. I was greeted by the kindest people and they totally helped me out to schedule when to drop by again. At another place, I was quoted so high, but they helped me out knowing I'm a college student with payment and were willing to do it just out of the kindness of their hearts. I dropped it off and walked to iHop (recommended by them) and was called not too long after to come pick my car up. It was a speedy service and they did such a nice job. They really cared for my car and were transparent to me about what they were doing...and even fun to talk to. I felt extremely safe there and trusted I wasn't going to get kidnapped. They do genuine GOOD business. They were working on many other cars that got dropped off and looked in pretty bad shape and when I came back to pick up my car they looked BRAND NEW. I am am so happy with how my car looks. I attached a before and after picture below. THANK YOU FERMAHIN'S AUTO BODY!!

I cannot remember his name but I went in around 2:15 pm today (8/23/22) and he was there working alone in the garage on a car. He was able to examine my car issue which was something simple and he was able to fix it right then and there. Amazing and quick, and I was hesitant because I had no idea what to look for when shopping around for a body shop, but so glad they were available and helped out.

This review is long overdue ... my car had been stolen and needed some body work/interior work upon return... I'm military so was a little nervous finding a reputable spot and this location was not on the list provided by my insurance company but it's the body shop the kia dealership uses and I have a Kia so I called. Donnie is SO incredibly genuine and really took care of me like I was his own Ohana. He went above and beyond when he truly didn't have to, even explained some things to me regarding the insurance. Also the work that was completed, made the car like new. I would never go anywhere else... This is the place to go, hands down.Services: Body & Trim
