I went in with some OLD plumbing parts needed replacement and they didn't even have mfg name on them. The fella at the check out listened patiently and then said "let's see what we can find for you". We went to one aisle and he deduced what I needed and we fitted things before leaving. He could have just said "I don't know" but he didn't. Mahalo

My mom and I went here last Saturday because she needed to replace a broke part from the kitchen sink. She brought the part with her to show and ask someone if they sell that part. When she asked one of the workers he was extremely rude and condescending. It was as if we was annoyed with our questions. When we showed him the part he goes "well what brand of sink do you have?" My mom didn't know and he replied with "well then I can't help you." Super short and dismissive. Didn't seem like he wanted to help nor did he want our business so we will NEVER go back. If you want great customer service.... Never come here. Unreal.

I initially gave a 1 star review because I had difficulty getting support for a fixture that did not work properly. Ferguson responded and I contacted them by email as directed. However, either by coincidence or as a result of the 1 star review, a replacement part was ordered and shipped via FedEx. After nearly 2-1/2 months, we have a working shower. Ah, the power of Yelp!

I had an appointment with Walter Gaiter at 10am today. I took the day off from work. Walter did not come into work due to a doctor's appointment. He didn't inform me that he wouldn't be in. The receptionist was able to have someone else help us. AJ Pearson was able to assist us. He was very pleasant and courteous. Please see him for your kitchen and bathroom renovations. Thank you AJ.

I was doing a plumbing job for someone else, we were sold a gas line for a water line and told it would work, I knew the difference between them but the person I was helping didn't and didn't take my advice. Bottom line it costed him 51 dollar it should not have. This is a repeat customer I hope don't go back

The faucet that we needed was very expensive but we did get help from the staff there. This one they didn't have at home depot, lowes and city mill as it was for restauranr usage.

Initially, went to the location that is across the Palama market. Found out that is not the location I needed to go for supplies, the employee referred me to another location. The supply location was in the other side of the Palama canal. GPS the location. Service was great by Rene, he tried to help me find a product that I can't find anywhere, google, Amazon no one had it. He suggested I try another item that can be a good solution. Bought two of them, one package was opened and taped together. I'll try it out. * Exit... look for the big "Exit" sign on the right. It may be blocked by large vehicles, so keep driving until you see an opening to the public street on the RIGHT.

The long-haired dark local man was the only clerk available, but he ignored me for five minutes while he had his face buried in his smart phone. When he finally responded, it was impossible to hear him talking softly through his mask behind a plexiglass barrier. Finally a friendlier local guy came over and helped with communications.

No customer service. After the delivery of a $13,000 Heston refrigerator that was part of a $25,000 appliance order I inquired about how to program the refrigerator. They stated and I quote "we only sell them". So even the guy in the show room who sold me on the brand wasn't able to help. By the way I waited 15 months for delivery. They gave me the card of an independent service guy. Beyond terrible customer service. Lowes would of done much better!

Two stars - because maybe the guy is "special" or is a brand new employee or was just having a bad day...The gentleman who "helped" me at the counter sales desk was rude, incompetent, and didn't even know another employee who worked near him. Surprisingly, he didn't know a common plumbing part either. He said they don't sell it after saying he didn't know what it was. I asked him if they sold a "universal" replacement part taking the place of an original part. He said they didn't... yet we purchased a universal piece for it two days previous from the same counter sales desk, although from a different employee who I went to see today. Bottom Line: Today two stars because one employee was ridiculously out of place helping customers... He should be in a warehouse yelling at boxes and complaining to the teachers. However Ferguson over the years gets five of five stars.
