This location has very inconsistent drivers. Before, their delivery driver would be able to get into my apartment building to deliver packages. Lately, in the last few months, this has flip-flopped between the driver being able to come into the building, to not even making an attempt and just leaving door tags that don't have the tracking number or apartment number to help a recipient notice that their package didn't get delivered. We even had another case where a driver was leaving packages for the commercial business side of my building in the residential mail area multiple days in a row. Somehow, UPS and DHL never have issues getting into the building and delivering packages to the right location. Not sure why FedEx has such inconsistency.

It’s always the same…you wait all day and FedEx says they came but no one was home and you have to do this all over again the next day…Iets replace them with all AI and robots…Next time choose UPS…

I paid for express overnight shipping on 4/12 and was supposed to receive my package on 5/12 before 5 pm. It requires direct signature so I stayed home ALL day. 5 pm comes - no truck. Not it shows it will deliver “by end of day”. Stayed home until 9pm NO TRUCK. next day, 6/12 it again shows delivery by 5pm. I stay home all day AGAIN. 5 pm comes - no truck. I call customer service and they said someone will contact me. Now it shows by end of day. I recieve NOTHING, no package on nobody contacts me. Next morning before the package is even on the truck I call customer service AGAIN. They say they will escalate it and someone will contact me. 4:50 pm comes round NO truck and NOBODY has contacted me. I call AGAIN. After spending ALL DAY HOME AGAIN. But every new operator I get on the phone is clueless. I give out my email and phone number for the third time, with a promise that it has been escalated and someone will call me. NO one calls and NOTHING gets delivered. ????????? why tf did I pay hundreds!!! In express overnight shipping with direct signature release because it’s a very important package that I need immediately if you can’t do it???????

I recently ordered a package and it was to be delivered by FedEx. I wasn't home when they tried to deliver it. Later in the day I received a call from a lady working there. She told me that they tried to deliver, but no one was home. She said that they could try to deliver it again the next day or I could have the package held at one of their locations close to my home. I asked if they were located near the airport and if I could come and pick it up instead. She said that she did have my package and that I could come and pick it up before closing time, 7:30pm.I'm driving down Lagoon and hit UPS first. After that it's FedEx Ship Center. I called her number and told her I was outside. Five minutes later she called me back. She said she was outside, but didn't see me. I was at the wrong location. I had to get back on Lagoon and drive two more blocks down. That's where FedEx Ground is located. I called her again and she came out with my package. I signed for it and was on my way.That lady that called me and helped me was super friendly. She was patient when I was at the wrong location and directed me to the right place. When I finally picked up my package from her, she had a big smile on her face and complimented me on my Hello Kitty Crocs.

On June 19, 2022 our baseball team used FedEx to ship up player and team equipment to Reno Nevada. We paid for 2 separate parcels, 2 day shipping to the Fedex post at the hotel we were staying at, and bought the insurance. On June 23, 2022 we arrived to the hotel and visited Fedex store front to pick up our shipment. Only 1 of 2 parcels were available. The Fedex service agent tracked out 2nd parcel and it was noted that it was at their hub in Missouri. We kept checking in with Fedex daily to get any updates on our missing parcel and they assured us that we would have it soon. We checked out of the hotel on July 1st and they still didn't have our parcel, they couldn't give us updates as to where it was, no one could answer our questions, we were left having to pay additional dollars out of pocket to replace the missing equipment, mind you there was $4,500 worth of missing equipment. Families and the team had to make additional purchases so that their child could play in the tournament. It is now August 8, 2022 and after 3 weeks of making the claim and following their directives. We are still without answers, updates and reimbursement from this company. Families are patiently waiting and our community organized team has yet been able to replace all the missing equipment for future practices and games. I highly recommend not doing business with company as they ignore update request, communication and avoiding to reimburse our financial claim.

Customer Service SUCKS . I would not choose your company to do business with. I have no choice because others choose you to deliver my items. Always miss delivery, never know when you say you came because my slip of paper/tag is always in the bushes. Boxes always look like it's been chewed up. I would not choose to do business with your company until it takes improvements of your staff.

If i could give no stars i would. have been waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered friday. its now thursday of the next week. what is the point of 3-4 day shipping if i have to drive all the way to the airport to pick my package up a whole week later because your drivers refuse to get out of their truck to actually deliver my package. twice you will deliver to the apartment across the parking lot from me, which uses the same key, yet apparently my "business is closed". its an apartment complex. I've stopped shopping at online stores that use you guys bc this is ridiculous, but its getting harder and harder to do so. and on top of all of that, when i try to call customer service during business hours, its all automated, telling exactly what i already know but no way to actually contact you guys.

worst customer service ever!!! went in to pick up a package and as soon as I got in, their system went down. while 2 associates were trying to figure out what happened the 3rd associate just stood their confused. 10 mins passed and still the system is down by this time the line started to get longer, and finally the useless lady that was just standing there finally spoke and asked to help the customers in line to see if any one of us was just here to pick up packages and majority of us were. by the time it was my turn to be helped i handed the lady my ID and then she came back 5 mins later and told me I couldn't pick up my package today because my address on my ID did not match the address on the package I'm picking up. so ofc after waiting in line for a while now and being told I couldn't pick it up because my address didnt match (mind you people move out of their old addresses, case being mine. haven't lived at the old address for years) I asked them what the problem was since the person on the ID is clearly me standing in front of her. So I decided to pull my work paystub on my phone and while I was doing so she brings over her supervisor and he proceeds to tell me a digital copy of my paystub can't be accepted. at this point I'm furious. I asked the guy what's the difference between me showing him a digital paystub I just downloaded vs a physical document? He states it's just policy and decides not to say anything else. Clearly, he is lacking in his customer service dept because this is the 21st century and most companies are doing away with paper paystubs. So I asked to speak to a manager on duty and I explained my situation and he didn't see a problem with this, so I stood there staring at the 2 idiots who clearly don't know anything about customer service or their job for that matter. if you could, I would avoid fedex at all cost, this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with any courier!!

I've been reading all of the reviews saying how awful the service is, but I have a totally different experience. I was expecting a delivery, but wasn't home when they attempted to deliver. This package needed a signature, so they weren't able to leave it. When I got home, I saw the note posted on my door stating that they attempted to deliver, but wasn't able to due to no one being home. Later in the evening my doorbell rings, and it's the FedEx driver with my package. He actually came back! I was so grateful! I didn't get his name, but shoutout to the FedEx driver servicing the Kahaluu area!

always losing packages, someone else signed my package but i never recieved it, dont even know the name who has signed my package. another time i had to go pick up my package myself and it was ripped open.

Oh, do I have a story to tell! I was expecting a package shipped by 2nd Day Air. Mind you, it's already two days late. I received an email at 12:23 PM saying my package is delayed again because the driver attempted a delivery but no one was at home. Oh, FEDEX driver, the tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive. Let me count the ways: 1) I was home all day waiting for my package; 2) Laughably, it did not even require a signature; 3) My security cameras and alarms did not alert me; 4) My house was very quiet, no loud music, nothing to keep me from hearing a knock on the door; 5) No one rang my doorbell. I called their office and after going through the annoying menus, repeatedly said "representative" and I was finally connected to a gentleman and reported their dishonest driver caught in a lie, actually a multitude of lies. My shipper had also called to report the dishonest driver, so a case had already been created. He said he would escalate the case AND that I would receive my package today. He sounded believable, though insincere, BUT, here I am sitting at home at 8:10 PM AND NO PACKAGE!!! I've given up all hope, and this extremely frustrating experience has led me to conclude FEDEX is nothing but a bunch of flakes! Tomorrow, I will call the shipper to ask for a refund and order from a company who doesn't use FEDEX. I will tell everyone I know - so, if you have a choice of delivery companies AVOID FEDEX AT ALL COSTS!!! Read the reviews above and below this one. The number of similar complaints about drivers telling this all too familiar lie is astonishing! The truth is they probably forgot to deliver a package, but have already left the area and didn't want to backtrack. The leadership at FEDEX Honolulu needs a shakeup and a new management team. LIARS!!!
