Love! Love! Love EVERYTHING about this Pharmacy! Yes, the DELIVERY is a HUGE plus - but MORE importantly is the employee's are ALL helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and have great customer service! 100% TRUTH!

I dont know why this people cant understand that we dont like to get our meds from them! We spoke in English and Tagalog still. I told them insurance will not cover them . As a Consumer we have the right to choose a Pharmacy right? IM telling you one more time u call me im going to report you to board of Pharmacy .

Yesterday we were surprised to discover that our pharmacy in Ala Moana, which had Korean-speaking staff, is no longer in operation, at least for now. We had no prior notification of any changes.I promptly did an Internet search for another pharmacy with Korean-speaking staff and came across Family Pharmacy, which is conveniently located on South King near Kaheka St.This morning, my wife went to their office on the second floor of the building which has Bank of Hawaii on the ground level. At first, she didn't know how to get to the second floor as it appeared to be secured. A passerby kindly provided her with the proper code for entry. If visiting for the first time, I suggest calling them first.My wife was able to find some nonprescription medication she was looking for, and also made arrangements to set up an account to receive future prescriptions.She seemed pleased with our new pharmacy, "our" because I plan to use it as well, sharing the same pharmacy as we did before the other one let us down.I also want to thank Roselyn C., Family Pharmacy's first Yelp reviewer, for her encouraging words.facebook.com/groups/best…

Best customer service EVERRR! Honestly, no long lines or people in front of you with 25 questions from the pharmacist for OTC medications. Just call it in by a certain time (depending where you reside) and they deliver it later that day. It is brought to YOU! NO additional fees, they even refuse tips (with these gas prices, I wouldn't). Bottom line, try them on for size. See for yourself. Be Amazed!

It's been nearly 3 years now, and it's about that time that I leave a review. Since transferring over my mom and dads prescriptions to Family Pharmacy... It has been such a blessing and pleasant experience working with them. They're so on top with prescription refills, calling for reminders or any concerns that have arised, to addressing every little issue in such a timely manner, even conveniently dropping off their meds to our home. Family Pharmacy, continue being great and doing the very most for your clients. You all are awesome!
