Small post exchange located inside the Hail Koa hotel. Provides snacks drinks alcohol trinkets souvenirs and a large clothing section for the size of the store.

Way back in 1962 the predecessor to this exchange was in a mobile building on Ft DeRussey. We purchased my wedding ring there. We come back almost every year after I retired USN.

I go there because I work at Tripler, so it is very convenient. It's a Shoppette, so you will find basic things there like food, beverages, some minor phone accessories, and much more.

Very nice to be able to use this, being a veteran. A lot of useful items but a little short on grocery items.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Hale Koa Hotel and Resort this past September 2022 and found the Post Exchange to have pretty much anything we were looking for while staying at the hotel. Thank you to the staff for looking out for us, having this type benefit readily available certainly makes the service member feel appreciated. Again, thanks Nicasio Diaz (Ret.) 1SG US Army

Nice selection and friendly staff. A pleasant surprise away from home! Plus the 15% off rewards program is awesome

Always nice service, great prices, and so much packed into a small space! Now they're closed Mondays since Covid. Plan ahead!

What a great store for all the military with the well deserved prices and everything you need to enjoy the holiday. The staff is top notch and so welcoming. The one review below on price gouging is so wrong, yes I guess you can drive to the JB Pearl harbor and get all your staples then drive back, but time and gas spent, c'mon please!

Visit multiple times a day when staying at the Hale Koa. Except Sundays since they are closed due to Covid .

Most of the prices at the Post Exchange at the Hale Koa (military only and their sponsored guests) hotel were pretty good, considering it's Waikiki on the beach! We went looking for a hat and found allow inventory and a poor selection, especially for women. My DIL found cute sandals for $20 and my son looked fir a nice Hawaiian shirt and found Tory Richards for $73... but there were cheaper $30 shirts in back. A case of water set me back a lot-- but was still the cheapest option. In all, super convenient if you're staying in Waikiki at the Hale Koa as it's next to the lobby and down one floor, on the way to the adult pool or beach!

We have stayed at the Hale Koa many time, and really enjoyed our stays. Also we shop at the Exchange and know that some but not all are higher, it sure is nice as we are older and makes it easier for us. For the guests that have a problem find out who u need to speak to about any problems you might have, as we do not know about a persons life. I think I remember the person your talking about, as I left I smiled and said I hope your day gets better , and I sure felt better doing that than getting upset, I think she was totally taken back by responds to her.Everyone sure enjoys their time there so be happy and have fun

When Triplers exchange - shopette shows up as top 10 restaurants in my area, I loose all confidence in Yelp. YELP W T F!!!!! I need to find an alternative to Yelp because you are absolutely horrible when trying to decide what to eat in this congested market. Please pull the plug and detonate yourself
