Just replaced 3 watch batteries. Service was very fast--less than 10 minutes. Price was very good too. Battery replacement cost is much less than going to a major department store. Hours are currently Mon-Fri 1-5pm--just press the buzzer so they can let you in. Parking available behind the building. Or meter parking on... read full comment

Took my chain, purchased here at Duncan over 20 years ago, in for cleaning. Got it back sparkling and, of course, for a reasonable price. Extremely happy!
