There were long lines but once I was able to get to the lower level to pick up my car, "Arlen" was so kind and incredible to get me a car right away. Arlen allowed me to get to see my college age daughter to see her on time. We need more Arlen's.

Honolulu, HI Airport - Arnel is awesome! He was super friendly, helpful, and expedited process during vehicle pick-up. First time using the company and would use it again. There was a line to check in; however, that was expected due to that a full flight just arrived. Therefore, the wait time was reasonable and simple.
