I don't even want to review this place for fear everyone will see it and want to send their pup here! 5 stars all the way! Mai and her team are literally the BEST in town. We found Mai 12 years ago when we moved to Hawaii and after our baby had her tongue cut off by a previous groomer in CA. Mai is so gentle, patient, and good with the dogs. Her cuts are perfection! I have sat and watched numerous times how well the staff treats the pups and how great they are with handling them, baths, and cuts. The holiday photos at the end of each session always have us laughing and it's our favorite part as dog paw-rents! Doggy Box is amazing. Please don't make an appointment though because it's hard enough getting my pups booked for an appointment when everyone knows how fabulous they are.

Super friendly employees. Mai was super sweet even though she wasn't the lady who groomed my dog. Another older Japanese lady groomed my dog but she was nice as well. She had no problem grooming my dog and the employees look happy! I strongly recommend to check this place out if you are looking for a dog groomer.

If you want a Japanese style cut there is no better place than Doggy Box! They are extremely caring for your four legged loved one and do an excellent job. They are busy so be prepared to wait to get an appointment.

The girls here are amazing. My pup tends to be a nightmare only when it comes to clipping her nails and surprisingly now loves going to this place and comes out super happy with nice nails!

A strong 5 starts for Doggy Box! They do an amazing job with our miniature dachshund every time! Always friendly service and very flexible with pickup time after our dog is ready with his grooming. Mahalo for taking such good care of our dog baby!

We have been visiting Mai and her team for a few years now, so this review is long over due.Our little one loves her SPaw days and loves to go in and get groomed. Everyone at Doggy Box is helpful and nice as can be. Easy to find right off Ward or Cooke. Parking right in front.They have also updated their policies for covid and you can hand the little ones over into the window as well as pay for social distancing.Excellent service and always has been. We will be customers for as long as Doggy Box will be grooming. Don't forget to pick up some treats for your pups that they sell as well.

I dropped my dogs off in the morning and was a few minutes late. Did not get a call so went back 4 hours later and waited outside till closing. Found out Mai did my dogs last. She said she did them last because I was late. I was surprised I wouldn’t have left my dogs there in the cages for 5 hours! That was not a kind thing to do. Plus one of the dogs paws was bleeding.

After years of attempting to cut, dremel, and file my dog's black nails, I finally gave up on diy....if your dog's nails are black, you know the struggle. A friend recommended Doggy Box and I am so glad she did! Getting a hold of them was a bit challenging because they're in high demand but for good reason! They're so friendly and they work fast! My dog was in and out with perfect nails in less than 10 minutes!Not only did his nails look amazing, they have also greatly improved his ability to walk on hard flooring. He no longer slips and slides! He's happy, we're happy and we will be back regularly! I highly recommend Doggy Box!
