It's hit ir miss sometimes with this place. Prices are slightly higher due to "free delivery." Delivery is faster than big box stores.

Best experience ever. Just like many other people have said, I had gone to Lowe’s and Home Depot and had terrible service topped with the fact that the delivery would be over a month later! At both places they said that there was only ONE of the floor models in stock. Then I google searched Appliances and I’m so grateful because I found this store. I needed a washer n dryer badly and when we walked in, it was supposed to close about 5 min after we got there, but the sales person took his time showing us all of our options. What’s more, we would be getting the washer dryer in only 2 days! Then comes the delivery.. the boys were very happy to provide wonderful service. They hauled away the old ones and installed the new one. I will be going here for all of my appliances needs

Yes, there's bargains. But, you will pay a very high price if one thing, any little thing/s, go wrong.You will get NO help. They will quickly ghost you.NEVER answer the phone and No VM!!! Really, really bad sign.NEVER reply to emails - again, REALLY bad sign. Purchased full kitchen suite (BEFORE I read the review - Bad on me.)Recv'd recpt listing maker and price but NOTHING else. Requested Model and Ser #'s by email (did I mention they NEVER answer the phone?) FOUR TIMES. NO reply.Cancelled charge.You MAY get lucky but if ANYthing goes sideways - you will be F'd.

I tried to buy local and support this small business. That was a very big mistake. From the beginning the ice machine didn't work. They came out and said it was a problem with the water line. I was able to figure out it was not the water line. They said they would send someone out to fix the problem from the store. That person can out for 5 minutes and didn't fix anything . They told me they would call someone else who could replace the ice machine. We have waited over a month and had a repair person cancel 2 times. The issue is not resolved. In Addison they are very unorganized. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Awful, rude, disorganized, will take your money and then just ghost you. It's like dealing with an entire circus over the phone. I don't know how they're still in business or who would ever go back to them. Buying from them was an absolute never-ending nightmare and I wish we had never gone to them in the first place.

Bought a new refrigerator for my rental unit because the big box stores didn't have the right size available. Paid $45.00 for haul away of old refrigerator and $80.00 for delivery because I had 10 steps even though they advertise free delivery. During delivery, a piece of my newly built steps was gouged out and the refrigerator was dented. While putting on the handle, they scratched the front of the refrigerator. I called the store and they told me to send pictures which I did. They never called back so I went to the store and asked for a new refrigerator and for a repair of the stairs. The owner of the store, not Lipo, told me they would only take the refrigerator back if I paid for picking up the refrigerator and also paid for delivery of the new refrigerator and that they don't repair steps. After saying I was going to report them to consumer protection, he changed his mind and credited me with the $80.00 delivery fee and $50.00 for the damaged stairs and said he was going to take the money out from the delivery guys. I do not recommend during business with this company.

The delivery and installation people are so rude and terrible. Even they don't know how to turn off the water shut off valve.. not professional. So disappointed.

My refrigerator (11 years old) died August 27, 2021. I immediately shopped Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy. First, I could not buy anything on the floor, all had to be ordered. And, almost all were stainless steel and I did not want that. Also, I had to have a counter width depth. So, I went to The Discount Store on Pensacola. Looked at various refrigerators. Explained to the man at the desk that I wanted white, the size, etc. He showed me a Whirlpool that was a bit smaller than my old one. He checked on his computer and told me it would be on island on or about 9/1. He was close, considering Labor day, etc. On 9-14, 3 men brought the frig. One man put it together, arranged the shelving, etc. Now, I have had a good look at the frig. There is a dent on the left side near the bottom that I did not see. Also, there are tiny pieces of plastic sticking out of a couple areas and I'll have to figure out how to remove them. Also, there are few pieces of tape on the right hand side I'll have to remove. And,one gouge on the right hand side of the hallway entry, near the bottom. Both Home Depot and Lowes offer free delivery and $25 to remove the old appliance. Discount Store charged me $150. In hindsight, I should have gone back to Lowes or Home Depot, ordered the same frig from them and hoped for the same time frame of delivery. But, they could not guarantee a date like Discount Store. Living without a refrigerator or freezer, is horrible. So , I paid the price. I have a new frig. Would I do business with them again? No, not unless I would be forced to do so.

These guys are rude to begin with called the other day asked for recommendations on some appliances and they just told me if you are not gonna buy do not waste my time!

Arrived in Honolulu and found that the refrigerator in my condo was not working (6 year old Bosch) on Memorial Day. Found 3 different models that would fit in space and all in stock. Purchased, delivered and installed in less than 24 hours. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend.
