I paid cash for an item. Returned the item on 12/29/2023 and was told the refund would be issued by check in 4-6 weeks. No problem, seemed reasonable. It was no problem until the refund never arrived. The receipt has one number to call; corporate customer service. When you call corporate they tell you to call the boutique in Waikiki, when you call the Waikiki boutique they tell you to call corporate, as both parties say the other issues the refund. I am still waiting for my refund after 7 weeks and dealing with a so called luxury brand that the left hand doesn’t know what the right is doing. This was my first time purchasing with DIOR and will be my last. Chanel and Cartier could teach DIOR a thing or two about customer service. I too have filed a complaint with the BBB; to my surprised the company has HORRIBLE reviews. Go figure. Lesson Learned.

Walked in with a bag I purchased the previous day from the other location attempting to exchange it as it had a scratch. The associates were not friendly and eyed one another as if I was doing something wrong. Definitely did not feel welcomed and was ignored the rest of my time there while shopping around.

Livia provided great customer service. She was very thorough and patient. Livia showed me multiple handbags and shoe options on the shelf and on her phone.I did not end up purchasing anything this visit and she did not act annoyed or burdened. Next time I am at this location, I will ask for Livia.

The customer service at this DIOR location is top notch. I was greeted by customer service with smiling faces and they treated me very nicely. They introduced me to the latest collection and offered very good recommendations. I do feel that they have a quality sales team. I’m definitely impressed and enjoyed my shopping experience.

Horrible customer service, didn’t offer any help at all and barely spoke to us. The workers here act like they are designers for Dior themselves ? please give me a break, you’re working retail….Trust me if more of the people who had a bad experience here left a review this store would be at 1 star right now.Do yourself a favor and go to the Dior in Ala Moana instead. Much better service and they know how to treat people.

I had a great experience with Dior in this location. I hate the type of stores that judges based on customer’s appearance, especially when it comes to luxury brand. However, Dior generally provides good service. At this store, Cody greeted us and provided excellent professionalism. She was very kind despite of many requests we asked. So Kudos to Cody and this Dior store. Thanks a lot??

This was my first purchasing experience with Dior, and Kristy made it such a lovely experience! She was so patient as she took me through a couple of options. I was looking for a crossbody bag in a lighter color way e.g. beige/gray/etc that also could be double strapped and worn as a shoulder bag. She showed me various colors and styles, and let me take my time trying them on. I also appreciated that she respectfully kept her distance when I was trying to come to a decision so that I didn't feel any pressure from her to make a purchase/choose one that was influenced by her opinion. Overall such a lovely experience -- we were also offered water while we waited for the purse to be wrapped, and a little rain bag to protect the purchase on our walk back to the hotel. Dior packaging is also top notch. Ended up picking a Montaigne 30 in rose and it's honestly one of my favorite bags in my rotation.

I wish I could have selected more than a 5 star rating as my service was so exceptional, 5 stars really doesn’t cut it. Ryan a Sales Assistant at the Waikiki Dior store, provided quality service that I don’t think I have ever received elsewhere. He was extremely knowledgeable, genuine, patient and kind. Dior are truely a lucky company to have such an employee representing them. I cannot recommend Ryan enough, he is truely amazing!!!

Five stars are not sufficient to describe the customer service received at this location. I had a purse in mind that I saw online and went in store to see if they have it. Livia was so kind and patient and showed me the three colors available for the model. While in store, Livia and another young lady took the time to show me anything I was interested in and made me feel welcome. The aloha luxurious experience was definitely there. They shipped my purse to my state and when I got home I noticed that there was a scratch on the hardware. When I contacted Livia she did not hesitate to assist me with my exchange request. In all this time she promptly answered my inquiries and kept me well informed about the whole process. I honestly wish to see this type of customer service in other luxury stores. Livia did not just provided the expected customer service, she went above and beyond in assisting me. She also made it clear that I can reach out to her for any future DIOR purchases. Million thanks for the positive experience.

Had a lovely experience at this location. As there needs to be an SA available to assist you, we were kindly asked to wait a few minutes outside until someone was available. Kristy was so lovely and suggested many different styles and colorways of bags and accessories in addition to the items we had requested to see. Kristy happily answered any questions we had and we did not feel rushed at all during our time there. I am so incredibly happy with my experience and purchases! Would definitely recommend shopping here ?

Met Tomoyo at Dior, she helped me a lot and was able to get me what I had needed. Will definitely always ask for her when I am in town and in need of something! She kept contact the whole time I was on the island!

Really serious attitude issue... Treating customers without reservation in a very bad manner with no respect at all. Especially the doorman who kept us out of the door for 20 + min with actually very few customers in the store. He also kept us out of the way of the customers he valued in a very rude way (by knocking the door from inside like warning some pigeons..) Personally thinking shopping luxury goods the experience itself is important, not only the product we bought. I don't think it is good for Dior in a long run especially in the current market when economy is gradually entering a cooling time and many good alternative choices in luxury brands exist in the market with similar qualities and grades. For tourists, if you want to shop with a more enjoyable experience with Dior, I would recommend the store in Ala Moana Center. The staff there are more professional in many perspectives.

Ahead of my vacation a friend referred me to Livia who works at this location. 5 stars for exceptional service from Livia, leading up to my trip she asked me what styles/colors handbags I wanted to see so she could ensure they had the stock the day I visited. She was very accommodating and helped me push my appointment up a day when my schedule changed. The Dior store itself is a bit of a further walk and located across from Tommy Bahama near Chanel and Miu Miu. A two story location with purses, accessories, and shoes on the first floor and both men's and women's apparel on the second floor. Lots of stock and lots to choose from! Maybe it's the day I visited but I feel like this location has less of a wait and was less busy compared to the Ala Moana location. For those of you unsure of visiting Dior while in Hawaii but have been eyeing something for awhile I highly recommend making your purchase here as Dior has special "Hawaii pricing" which saves you hundreds compared to California on top of that sales tax in Hawaii is nearly half that of the Bay Area. So overall the savings is worth it!
