I bought a knitwear, but the fabric was torn, and even though I don't have many opportunities to go to Waikiki, I was told to come directly to the store to have it replaced, which made me uncomfortable.

Had a phenomenal experience at this location buying a pair of jeans with my brother. Poi was so kind and incredibly attentive and helpful - she took her time to get to know us and offered to ship the pants back to CT for us to avoid the extra luggage weight. She apologized because the store was abnormally busy but she had absolutley no reason to - she was already being 1000 times more helpful and attentive than any other store I’ve been in. She truly embodied the “Aloha Spirit” and made an otherwise mundane shopping trip super personal and engaging! Thank you so much! :) Great meeting you!

This is my favorite Diesel store I've ever been to! The layout is super cute, they had all the new items and the customer service was amazing! Lyanna the store manager and Mikiko Shoji the Supervisor helped me and made sure I got everything I wanted. They assisted with styling and oredered any items for me that were sold out in my size. When I go to Hawaii I always have to stop by this location!

Been coming on this place for years . Unfortunately during pandemic this place was also closed ( I live in Cali )Not their fault I think politicians robbed us 3 years out of our lives with crazy stupid lock down rules and such .Anyways was back in Waikiki , store was open and , I bought few things , sales lady was a sweetheart, young , energetic, beautiful, and super helpful ( I think her name was Poi ? ). No pressure sales tactics and easy going. Even arranged shipping to mainland USA for free . Kudos to this lady and rest of staff how dedicated they are . As businesses owner Im glad that young people that love their job and give 110% still exist.
