Everyone is exceptionally professional. I've went there several times and service is always excellent and fast. Don't have to wait. Perfect for me, personally, to go to before the start of my work day.

The red tape on the toilet tank is the only thing that stops this business from getting five stars. I went in yesterday for a pre-employment UA. Service was prompt, professional and with aloha. Once I'd filled the cup I got up to flush and noticed red tape all over the tank and handle. I figured it was for the tank. I've administered and taken many UA's and never been told not to flush. The guy who was helping me knocked on the door and scolded me jokingly and told me that was what the red tape was for: to stop me from flushing. Maybe change your procedure to tell people or put up a sign? He assured me I didn't flunk the test but hello, a person's livelihood is at stake here.

Useless company. Trying to get a drug test done and they tell you, "we don't do that here on the weekend." What are these guys even here for?!

Had to get blood work and be in town very early so I came here for the first time. I was worried it would be crowded but they were really efficient and professional and friendly. Not easy to hit all 3 nowadays when you interact with a business

Services was quick, you get a number at the counter, depending on the day, it could be busy or slow. I walked in was greeted by the desk person and got a number, not shortly thereafter I was called. Staff there treated me with great respect and gave professional and prompt service. They drew blood for testing. Before you know it, it was done. The facility appears to be clean and well maintained. Depending on the time of days, parking outside can be challenging, but people are in and out, so I was fortunate to find decent parking spot. This place is conveniently located in the heart of Kalihi, next to Jack in the box. I recommend this place's

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, they have no clue what they're doing. I've had horrible experiences both times I've came with them asking me how to do their job. Could not process requests, do not know how to work their own systems, had me wait to get my blood drawn after I was taken back for over 45 minutes. Employees need to be properly trained

So I just came from this location since my effin doctor send me to this place for the second time! The first one was hau'oli lady who helped me answer a simple question what is the blood test for?!? Which simply told me what it is for. Today I asked the Pilipino lady with long ugly curly hair if what is the test for and she said she don't know. So I said I just came here like couple days ago and the one who took my blood was able to answer my question!?! Simple as it's for your liver, kidney etc... and that's the only time she picked up lol she said she can't tell what it is for. Ok that's it's that's the answer and I will stop not telling me straight you can't tell and you can't read grrrrr... I tell you hard to communicate with same a** like me. Oh well this one does not have a customer service. She just there to poke you and have her paycheck. That's all!
