I needed to get a blood test done for an upcoming scan and was told I needed it by Monday. They close at 12:30pm on Saturday and I'd gotten there at 12:27 or so. Michelle at DLS was so nice and kind and did four draws requested by four of my doctors. Michelle was fantastic and took great care of me. Mahalo DLS Liliha and Mahalo Michelle!

I chose this lab site because it was closer to the area I was at earlier in day as u was fasting. Checked in at 0808, nearly 30 minutes later, not even called yet. 2 workers, rarely even look at you nor validate you are there. They favorite words "have a seat and well call you.."Caution you, don't go here if you are in a hurry. Find a different dls or different lab all together. Still sitting... peaved! No one has called me yet.

Needed to do labs for annual physical, the usual location I go to was temporarily closed. The staff was nice and friendly. Blood draw was painless and hit it on the first try. I went early, like 7:30 am, in and out quickly. Small operation with 2 workers and 2 blood draw seats. The parking lot is small. dark, and tight, one way in and out. It could get crowded fast. Parking attendant hands you a ticket upon entering. Be sure to hand in your ticket to the attendant before driving out. I got scoldings for driving out and trying to turn in the ticket, lol. Parking was a dollar with validation. Be aware that there is also a Clinical Labs office on the first floor. Made the mistake of going there first. Diagnostic Labs are in the second floor.

Was in and out in 10 minutes, Sean was the tech who drew my blood, very thorough and explained what to expect!

If you're going in for a blood test, go first thing in the morning. I suggest you park on the road. Got there 730am and was out by 738am
