So i have been waiting 10+ days now trying to find out Why is my Shipment packet is "ON HOLD" in Los Angeles Since 11.28.2023 which was my Estimated Arrival Date According to the DHL EXPRESS Tracking Website, Which was DELETED my Estimated DELIERVY DATE on next day 11.29.2023 and Now all it says is "ON HOLD" meantime i have contacted DHL EXPRESS multiple times trying to get an ANSWR/UPDATE the REASON for "ON HOLD" even spoke to the SUPERVISOR" who could not tell me the REASON for "ON HOLD". FINALLY someone responded by EMAIL DELAY on my EXPRESS SHIPMENT stated they are Investigating. After 8-10 days later my shipment was "CLEARED from ON HOLD" But MYDHL.COM Tracking Shipment website STILL shows """ON HOLD""". This has been the WORSE Courier Experience Ever (USPS,UPS,FEDEX..etc No Delievry Problems)On top of that Staff including the Supervisor with an ATTITUDE like i am BOTHERING or Something... ONLY response i am getting over thr PHONE and EMAIL is "24-48hrs over and over" and "SOON will be DELIVERED" that was since 8-10 DAYS AGO. STILL waiting for Up to Date Tracking Info Online says """ SHIPPED """ can you explain how is it "EXPRESS DELIVERY" when it takes 10+ DAYS?

DHL has delivered items damaged in the past. Today they delivered a box without beeping or saying someone is here. This box is not even ours, they delivered it to the wrong street. We tried to call DHL several times but their line doesn’t allow any assistance other than very basic recorded options!!! We will drop the box off to the right address even if this isn’t our responsibility. DHL has the worst service amongst all carriers.

Got a text saying they couldn't deliver because no one was home. THEY NEVER CAME!!! The huge sliding glass Door right next to the door was wide open during the time they supposedly came.

These guys ARE the BEST. ..... they have improved service by 100. They've become better, when others are dropping off in service,service,service.Thank you, to the men & women of DHL Express.

ordered a gaming keyboard and it said it was delivered but I never received it so I called dhl the next day. they said it was delivered and signed for but will do investigation. the driver comes out the next day and says he remembers delivering it yesterday. I ask if he remembers me because supposedly I signed for the package. he said no. and I informed him it was 2 days ago not 1. I ask if he remember where he delivered it to? he say no 2 days is too long and there are "100's" of packages he delivered in those 2 days??? so I call dhl next day and ask for status. they tell me call claims there is nothing more they can do. I call claims and they say the seller have to put in a claim cus the case it closed. all I get is the run around. drivers story is a little fishy. and I still dont have my package :(

Turn right when you see dunkin' Donuts. Our gps made us turn in that shopping center with paid parking, you need to move a little further. Don't make the same mistake we did.

My drivers name was kurtis. His delivery was on time and he was very generous. He takes his deliveries very seriously & is a very kind local braddah??

One star for the driver who dropped off at the wrong address . Five stars to the lady who helped me this morning on the phone. Managed to find my package and get it delivered to me.Probably just use FedEx from now on.

It's hard to rate this company at this time as I haven't received my shipment. The issue is procedure isn't always clear. If i put my Bill of lading # in i get that it's moved to the next port. Not what port or how long it will take to arrive. You can't get a live person on the line and they are closed on weekends. Everything is on line these days but you still should be able to contact an agent for help. My delivery is past due and I'm sure I'll get it, it's just a matter of when.
