One of their deliverers Mr. Kurtis. Coby is the best! I recently moved and my sis sent me a package to my old addrress! He was nice enough to call me so he could ensure he delivered my package to the proper hands. I am so grateful there are still honest workers that exist to this day. DHL Express, thank you for Kurtis. Coby! He is a reliable asset to your agency!

So i have been waiting 10+ days now trying to find out Why is my Shipment packet is "ON HOLD" in Los Angeles Since 11.28.2023 which was my Estimated Arrival Date According to the DHL EXPRESS Tracking Website, Which was DELETED my Estimated DELIERVY DATE on next day 11.29.2023 and Now all it says is "ON HOLD" meantime i have contacted DHL EXPRESS multiple times trying to get an ANSWR/UPDATE the REASON for "ON HOLD" even spoke to the SUPERVISOR" who could not tell me the REASON for "ON HOLD". FINALLY someone responded by EMAIL DELAY on my EXPRESS SHIPMENT stated they are Investigating. After 8-10 days later my shipment was "CLEARED from ON HOLD" But MYDHL.COM Tracking Shipment website STILL shows """ON HOLD""". This has been the WORSE Courier Experience Ever (USPS,UPS,FEDEX..etc No Delievry Problems)On top of that Staff including the Supervisor with an ATTITUDE like i am BOTHERING or Something... ONLY response i am getting over thr PHONE and EMAIL is "24-48hrs over and over" and "SOON will be DELIVERED" that was since 8-10 DAYS AGO. STILL waiting for Up to Date Tracking Info Online says """ SHIPPED """ can you explain how is it "EXPRESS DELIVERY" when it takes 10+ DAYS?

DHL has delivered items damaged in the past. Today they delivered a box without beeping or saying someone is here. This box is not even ours, they delivered it to the wrong street. We tried to call DHL several times but their line doesn’t allow any assistance other than very basic recorded options!!! We will drop the box off to the right address even if this isn’t our responsibility. DHL has the worst service amongst all carriers.

Got a text saying they couldn't deliver because no one was home. THEY NEVER CAME!!! The huge sliding glass Door right next to the door was wide open during the time they supposedly came.
