incredibly horrible customer service I called about shipping my pet and they hung up on me four times. Before I could tell them I'm on active duty military orders which they do ship. And they were always incredibly rude. I talk to over 20 people at Delta and I think only one of them was kind. They were all incredibly rude and not helpful the majority of the time. It caused me major stress during my massive move as a freshly divorced single Marine. Most of their staff has very little knowledge on their policies and does not seem to desire know. they called me many times to tell me that my dog could and could not go on his flight. We are still in limbo. I really am not the person to write reviews, but I was treated so horribly so many times I thought I finally would write one

I deal with Delta Cargo and other airline Cargo quite often do to the type of job I do. I haven't had any problems with them. And the staff is always friendly.

Can’t say enough good things about Alex Beck at Delta Cargo. She went above and beyond in helping me get my pet shipped off the island. Her compassion and care for my pet as if it was her own made the very stressful situation of shipping pets comforting. Thank you, Alex Beck!!!

DO NOT USE DELTA CUST. SVC IS THE WORST.I have a surf shop in Honolulu.We booked a Surfboard via Deltaaircago using doordash service (door to door) we booked it.Surfboard landed LAX ,3 days later the item is still at Delta.Delta said waiting for Roadie to deliver the board.Another 3 days.Long story short after being on the phone with Delata and Roadie (spent over 5 hours..so frustrated) we had to have FEDEX delivery because Roadie will not delivery.We've been trying to get our Refund of the door dash portion of $245 for two months from Delta Air Cargo.They don't let you talk to department that handles claims. ONly via email. We talked to 4 people and each time they said they'd look into it.

They were supposed to notify us the night before that or pet was able able to travel due to the ambient temperature at the arrival location. We went in the morning of travel to make sure all the paperwork was good. They said it was all good and to come back in the evening to drop the pet off. Could have told us then that he wasn't going to be able to fly. Made another trip to drop him off and then they told us that he couldn't fly. Tried calling Delta cargo customer service but they were closed for the day. Now we have to jump thru hoops to see who can drop our pet off if we are able to find a flight within the next few days ?.

The Delta Air Cargo Staff were excellent at handling my very large crate with my motorcycle. I actually shipped by American Air Cargo, who rents small space of the very large Delta warehouse. Everyone in the office was very friendly, and the man who wrestled my crate realized his forklift was too small to handle getting it into my truck. Plus today it was raining. He called another man over with a larger lift, and realized the crate had no "rear load" capability because of its construction. After discussing it, the forklift team brought a longer leftover pallet, loaded my crate upon it, and easily put it in my truckbed. No charge for the extra pallet. Because of the in-and-out rain showers, and the exposed outer cardboard box concealing the crate's contents, the forklift operator brought me a very large plastic sheet to keep my crate's cardboard shell dry. I was so grateful. I offered to tip the operator, but he waved me off and drove away. Later I returned the unused cardboard to a friendly security guard and made sure my man was told of my complete satisfaction. I even went back into the office and thanked the folks in there once again. If I ever need air cargo service again, I'll be sure to contact DELTA AIR CARGO!

Pay them and they ship stuff. My dog arrived alive and on time and I think that tells you all you need to know.

We had dropped off our dog, and the delta personnel was professional and caring with handling our dog. They had to drill bigger holes for the zip ties to fit through in the dog crate and they were very careful not to cause damage to the crate. My wife was very upset separating from our dog and the delta personnel answered all her questions about flying the dog and easier her anxiety about flying the dog.
