Absolutely stellar! Suzan went above and beyond to help me with my pathetic laptop. I haven't experienced this level of customer service in ages. I will never seek computer help anywhere else.

So excellent that I feel like I'm in shock right now. Suzan helped me immediately with a pitiful laptop that has been torturing me for months. She and Henry both treated me with the greatest of kindness and never acted like my problem was too small for their services. I can't recommend their services highly enough. I will never go anywhere else for computer help.

Life Saver! Henry and Susan are great. They recovered ALL my data quickly and I was able to trust them with very sensitive data. I will use them again, if needed, and recommend them.
