Almost every trip to CVS ends in disappointment. There's a delay. They're randomly closed all day on a Monday. They can't get meds I need. They say something's ready when it's not. Rinse, repeat. Terrible business model and I hope they go under. I stopped using CVS last year.

Went to pick up a medicine they said they had but when I got there they didn’t have it and sent my medicine to a pharmacy that is 26 minutes away without asking me. Horrible

Out of convenience, this is my pharmacy of choice. I will agree with some others that things were better when they were a Target Pharmacy before they changed to a CVS Longs Pharmacy. I miss the target bottles with the color coded rings. I've always had great service and they've always been super helpful. I've had some insurance issues and prescription issues however the pharmacists and workers always tried to help me resolve them. They've also been great when I get my flu shot here as well. Most of my prescriptions are on auto refill. Sometimes there is a long line to pick up and a long wait for drop off prescriptions however I don't think this should affect my review. They're just really busy like most pharmacies. I've waited a lot longer and had more issues at some other pharmacies I don't want to name. I'm glad that I can still use my Target Redcard here and also get Target coupons for getting my flu shot and filling prescriptions. ******** Medicine pick up Super convenient for me Friendly and helpful

I called the pharmacy to have them get my parent prescriptions ready and they said it will be ready in 20 minutes. Got there an hour later and it still wasn't ready. Clerk apologized and said it will be around me 20 to 25 minutes. I think if they were busy, they should have the courtesy to say the actual time it will be ready. Just say 2 hours or what Evers?? Just be honest! I was with my elderly parent and poor thing that they had to wait in the car for such a long time. If I knew that they weren't going to fill the RX I would have dropped them off and picked up the Rx later. Such bad service and horrible experience!!

I was having a allergy attack. My home girl was panicky. We had all these questions and got all these products. Thank u soo much CVS . No more hives, pain, tears....$$$ those hospital products may be a little expensive & i shouldnt have said anything about that. Those pharmacist's are not for show, thank u jesus ... and they didn't get there education from the back of a match book (appreciate u lord) that's 4 sure. With what I was going through I couldn't deal with a lack of experience.

I have always had courteous and quick service here. And when they have coupons for my retail price meds they'll use it to bring my cost down.

Employee tip: If you're gonna talk about the patient/customer or whoever you're talking to over the phone, atleast put yourself on MUTE where we can't hear you! Terrible phone etiquette! Supposedly, if you don't understand what they're theyre trying to tell you the first time, of course were going to want more clarification but nope! Not here! They talk about you while telling another coworker without even putting it on mute OR covering the bottom part.

Once again Pharmacy Tech Brittney has exceeded my expectations by providing superior customer service!!! I visited the CVS Target RX to pick up a $30 prescription fully expecting to pay for it. I told Brittney that I was unable to surf the web for a coupon to defray the cost of the medication. Before I initiate the search, she told me that she had already done the research for me!!! I was absolutely shocked by her incredible kindness. When I asked the cost, she said that the coupon covered the entire cost of my prescription!!! WHAT?!!! Who does that for a customer? Brittney did! Perhaps karma has followed this customer. All I know is that I am paying Brittney's act of kindness forward.
