This CVS is usually tidy, stocked appropriately and staffed well. You can either call ahead to find out if your ordered prescriptions are ready or look on the CVS app on your handheld. The staff are also usually very helpful.

I went last month I believe and the front cashier gals were nice and friendly! Plus they have some items in multiple areas so just double check thru the aisles in case you're looking for stuffs on sale!

Wow Longs... been a long time customer, but it seems you don't want my business any more. Tried to enter my extra care card number today & apparently, I don't exist. So awesome that I can pull up my account on your stupid app on my phone, but your in-store system & your cashier can't find my account. Maybe I should take the hint & just go to Costco or Walgreens. It's been a horrible overall experience at Hawaii Kai for the last few years & I guess I just need to walk away from this toxic "relationship". Oh well. Too bad, so sad.

I have no complaints about the store but the product I bought. Bought a bag of Gaviota fertilizer and it was wet! Spread it out to dry so it doesn’t clump up. I just hope no one else has the same problem.

The guy working in the drop off counter of the drugstore Daniel Sabin (who happens to be the pharmacist) is very rude and prejudice. He should not be in contact with people. Watch out, his behavior might affect his ability to prepare medications for sick people.

Super easy to find this location with Yelp directions. Seems hubs caught a bad cold and ran out of Mucinex this morning so I got out of the car to get him a new box, a huge bottle of Menehune water and Ricola to suck on.Little did we know that it was in the same area of an elite event we were heading to.When I entered there the store was a line waiting to pay but by the time I found what I was looking for I was next.Must be one of the managers was helping ring up and my $20 reward showed up so it was even better.

Used to always come here with my mom to pick up prescriptions and get weekly deals on calendars and spam! Long's is the place we go for our local faves at a discount. Especially when we need calendars of Hawaii for our friends on the mainland and they're less than a dollar!

Dang I wish I had seen the low ratings before I shopped at this location. Guess it's too hard for the worker to turn on the light for customers to know that her register is open.
