They unfailingly bring a kind, friendly, very prompt service always with a smile and "can do" attitude with them. In my opinion, this South King Street, open all 24 hours, Longs Drugs is the BEST. (NOTE: See you ALL in pharmacy, I'm delivering on my promise to submit your sterling review (words don't do justice) to Google Maps upon my return from Japan.) I will never forget your kindness to me pre-departure. YOU filled my dwindling supply of medications before my trip. YOU came through with much needed timely refills and all this with a smile. And, yes your trademark feature, for me at least, is your "can do" attitude. Thank you.
And, I purchased 50 discounted 2024 calendars from you as part of my presents to friends in Japan.
And, now a friendly reminder to everyone. Flu season is upon us and COVID is ramping up again. PLEASE get your protective shots and your much needed crucial medications. Thank YOU, each one of you involved with Longs Drugs pharmacy, for YOUR very kind, considerate, efficient service.

Great store. Clean. But I think on top of the roof in front of the store sign there are two large rat or bird nests. It's been like that for at least 6 months or more. Maybe the manager doesn't see it? It's right above the front entrance below the Longs sign.
Not usually crowded when I go.
The last time I made a comment about the homeless, I got a response from the manager and she seemed offended that it wasn't her fault and that I should complain myself to the city. Well, I did, and I see the homeless have been cleared from the front and back of the store. Good job Mayor of Honolulu!

CVS Associates at 1030 S. King Street have got to be the friendliest and most helpful in town...so much so that I switched from another CVS location for prescriptions and overall shopping! Associates are always smiling and ready to assist! Love CVS @ 1030!!

This store is full of scammers. They advertise a price lower than other stores, but at the checkout, it turns out that this price is only for members of the bonus program. I had to pay $14.5 for an item that costs $8 in other stores. This is nonsense and robbery

This location is convenient, not just in location, but hours of operation. Their staff is ALWAYS very pleasant and treats you with the utmost in customer service! I have transferred all our CVS prescriptions to this location!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE; racist outlet that actually closes the line when POC attempt to checkout; experienced this in two separate locations; cheap shopping bags that tear b4 u even get home; why would anyone lock up pistachios; the real nut is cvs/longs drugs; ALL THE SPAM with coupons but who even wants them if u have 2 deal with chatty rude employees who shoo you away when asking 4 help or who do not offer to bag your items nor apologize 4 extremely long waits in line; offered no public restroom when asked after witnessing another customer just leaving one; OVERPRICED NONSENSE; receipts long enuff 2 wallpaper your bathroom with; just spend your money elsewhere especially if ur BLACK; no ty never again

My experience today was extremely efficient and pleasant. All staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and all with a smile. I would highly recommend going to this store, excellent customer service!
