Absolutely love shopping at Crocs in here , and a big reason is Sharna!** She's an amazing manager who makes you feel welcome the second you walk through the door. Her positive energy, professionalism, and genuine Aloha spirit really set the tone for the whole store.

I meant to do this review a while ago. Me and my husband went to Hawaii for a family trip while I was pregnant to visit my dad and stepmom and siblings. My dad suggested we do our gender reveal there on the beach. I love Crocs and suggestioned we find out if it's a boy or girl with Crocs. We went up to the employee and gave her 2 pairs of Crocs ( blue and pink smallest Crocs they had) we gave her the envelope and asked her if she could take a look inside and if it's a boy to wrap the blue Crocs and if it's a girl to wrap the pink ones. She was such a good sport and so nervous! She checked about a million times to make sure she did the right color. Anyways our baby boy is now 6 months and that Croc employee was a big part of our journey. I wish I grabbed her name she did so amazing and we were so happy! Thank you again :)

May my have Crocs gotten expensive. Plain white basic pair with five Fibjits things $78. Service was great, atmosphere and selection was great too.

I wish I could give 0 stars for your unfriendly staff. On June 24th, during the afternoon shift, there were two staff members (a woman and a man). Despite no customers being in line while we were waiting to pay, they were completely unbothered to serve us. They even tossed the responsibility between each other, saying, 'You do it, they are already in front of you.' How rude. No customer deserves to experience such an attitude. Great products, but 0 customer service!!

This is the larger of thee 2 stores we visited and it does have the better selection. The lady helping us was very friendly and took her time so as not to rush us.

Across the street from the beach, and these shoes are the epitome of beach shoes. Decent clearance section and sales. They'll probably have at least a few things in your size - ranging from toddler to men's 16. Irritants: frequent exclusions, their blind bags of charms only include their worst / outdated seasonal options, and bags are $3.
