Sorry this is a late review. First I gotta say, customer service here at this location at Cricket Wireless is excellent! The two stars is for the two flip phones that I got for my mom. Anyway, the first flip phone I got for my mom, which was the ALCATEL SMART FLIP only lasted for five months; it was purchased in April 2022 and the buttons stopped working, plus I always had a hard time understanding her while talking to her on the phone as the audio was not good. So I got another Flip phone for her, which is the TCL CLASSIC. This one is not any better! I still HAVE trouble understanding what she is saying while talking to her on the phone as her voice seems to get cut off often! I ended up purchasing earphones for my mom to use with the phone from Cricket as it seemed to fix the audio issue but that is so VERY INCONVENIENT for my mom to use. She is 72 years old. I wish there was a better solution to this issue with these Flip Phones.

Other than the fact that there is an addition pin number to remember everytime we do an in-store payment, this store is awesome. Great Customer Service...

Friendly and awesome customer service. I came in frustrated and just had a bad day. I was greeted by Ms Imaculata and she took me from 10 down to 0 and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She took care of me real quick and sent me on my way?.Yassss ?

So I've been a cricket customer for a few months and I added a line. Girl explained to me pay 30 dollars for first month and 25 activation. I paid the 55 dollars and that lined turned off in 5 days. I paid 55 for 5 days of service. That should be considered robbery. I went in the store and they did absolutely nothing

They got some good deals on phones & accessories. Plans are pretty reasonable too. They also sell bundles that include a phone with a few accessories for a deal

I was greeted well once I walked in the door.The employee at the counter her name was NIYA was very nice,Customer service was awesome. She helped and took her time and explained with everything that I was unsure of. She also helped me with that HBO max deal? NO REGRETS!!!

The saying 'you get what you pay for' applies to this company. When you call them about a discrepancy on your bank account regarding transactions with this phone company even after explaining the situation, what does the store employee do? Blame you for it is your fault for being not secured with your secured personal information. Why would I dish out my precious information to anyone else??? Employees for this store Will give you a lecture and make it sound that everything is your fault for security breach,....SMH.
