“I liked everything about it. 10' truck is perfect for what I needed and the location had two. Distance was short so I can afford to use it more than once. Online applications (text and email links and verifications) streamline everything. Staff is friendly and helpful.Only problem I had was that night-drop application hung up trying to verify my location but they checked it in in the morning without difficulty. Happy camper (besides needing to move).Francis K.”
“At least here in Honolulu, they will compete with U-Haul - with much better trucks, mostly with lift-gates, and no mileage charge. Manny was particularly positive and helpful.
BTW don't be fooled: what U-Haul calls a 20' box is really 17'-6" - it's not even 20' if you were to include the almost-useless little bump-out that's up above the cab - so an 18' Penske is actually BIGGER.”

The representative asked if I had service invoice number? Then proceed to call servo Honolulu, if I could get service invoice number and passed on information to representative for enterprise vehicle rental, was able to get better rate after giving the information from servco Honolulu.”
