Double charged both insurances (primary and secondary) and wanted me to fix the problem with the insurance carriers.The issue took over 1 year and was still forced to pay out of pocket with the billing issue not being resolved.

Coastal sends supplies that I did not order, on top of that I get billed $109. Been going on for months, I also told them I will order when I'm ready, couple of months go by and I receive another box and bill saying that it's soon over due. How's that possible when I didn't order anything? Total dishonest company.

Avoid this company at all costs! Very unprofessional arrogant personnel. What ever you don't give them your credit card number because they have no problem charging you for things you haven't approved. The most surprising thing is that one of the owners, SHILPA PATEL, MD is a pediatrician. She is devoid of integrity and any shred of professionalism.

If I could give them no stars I would. This company ships and invoice for supplies I never ordered and billing my insurance. This has happened on several occasions. I have asked that they never contact me again, but they keep calling and sending supplies, including items I have never needed and wont' work with my machine. I have notified my insurance carrier of the fraud. They have an "F" rating with the better business bureau.Do you self a favor and never do business with this company.

At first, service was great and supplies are great.. BUT Be careful when getting supplies ordered. They will put on an automatic order subscription and when you try to cancel, they do NOT follow through.Even without Dr approval, supplies still being sent.I cancelled over a year ago and still getting supplies sent. Recently Called (Aug 2023) multiple times with NO one returning my calls. Will be calling my Dr and insurance to file a complaint with this company and their actions.

I cancelled my account with this company for several reasons. They sent me supplies that I did not order, they billed me for those supplies and also charged my insurance. I did not get a refund. I repeatedly asked them to only communicate with me through email ONLY. They continued to call, so I blocked their number in my phone. Read the other reviews, multiple 1 star reviews because of their business practices.

My husband has been receiving wrong supplies and have consistently left messages to rectify with no response for at least 6 months AND have been consistently billed for supplies. He then left several messages to discontinue the supplies and it is discarded as he keeps receiving unauthorized supplies. Still no response.

Don't bother leaving a voicemail they will NEVER return your call. I know this because I have left a voice-mail 4 different times.. Whenever I do get a call from them they sound Indian coming from a call center. Does anyone even really work here?! ?

I went here to replace my Airsense 10 water chamber. No appointment, and in and out in five minutes. Better than that place in Kailua. Good price also, comparable to Amazon.

I was emailed over three weeks ago that my refill on my cpap supplies will be ready to be shipped on August 22, 2022. Last Thursday, August 24, I get a call saying they need my doctor to refill the supplies and they already had my doctor's phone number. In the meantime, I'm using worn out cpap supplies.

their billing practices are well bellow average. they constantly call me to pay a bill that cleared my bank account the day before. they love to call you 2 days after you receive the bill and demand that you are late and need to pay it. and yes even if i tell them i do not need supplies they tried to tell me i could not tell them not to send any. and to reach someone ,, i hope you like phone lottery cause they do not know how to ever answer the phones there.

I told them to stop sending me supplies because I already have a surplus but they keep sending the supplies and charging me even after I told them NOT TO SHIP! Their website doesn’t allow me to stop automatic payment! THIS IS A VERY SHADY BUSINESS. I’ve never been tempted to contact the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs. My blood boils every time I get a call or an e-mail from them. The next time I see a charge on my credit card I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Not well company they seem suspicious and the guy kept asking for a Credit card number and i said ill call back he said why not just give it to him now....?...also he does not speak properly English as well as the lady. They seem like scammers...Just block them. They have to send equipments anyway. Which they did and i didnt pay anything or answer their calls.
