Went to get labs done with orders from a doctor and the lady made me leave because she didn’t know how to do miscellaneous orders (aka I wasn’t just getting your typical CBC, CMP, etc). She was all alone and had just started working there. If you’re going to have someone new working all alone, they better be competent enough to do their job. Or else you need to have a manager or someone else on duty with her.

Came in with twin toddlers for labs and they were very understanding and kind! labs with kiddos is never easy, but they did their best to get it done efficiently and patiently. Thank you!

My doctor told me to make an appointment to minimize the wait time. Fast, easy, efficient. I did routine blood work and was out of there in ten minutes. Location is small, very clean, but you can hear everyone - phone calls, conversations with the next patient, etc. the walls are not all the way up to the ceiling. It is conveniently located at the Kahala mall on the upstairs ramp. Easy to park and wait as there are only two chairs in the waiting room.

The location is part of the Kahala Mall. There is also a Clinical Labs inside Straub Clinic across the street. Located on the same level as Ross. Around the bldg to the right. If you are coming from inside the mall head towards Consolidated Theater, when you see Lens Crafters on the left, look to your right , you'll see the elevator and stairs going up. I've walked that mall many times and Overlooked that stairwell.I arrived super early bc I knew it was part of the mall, but first time going there and wanted to make sure I made it on time for my appt. I was fortunate to find it fast and they helped me immediately. They didn't tell me I was early and had to wait. I have to mention my experience. I didn't catch the phlebotomist name but she used one of those straight needles that looked pretty big and I didn't feel a thing. Thank you Clinical Labs Kahala Mall! Presently open 7 days a week.. We needed to get pre travel COVID tests, and this place was excellent. The team, Mario and Courtney, were professional and friendly. They were also very efficient. This will be our go to place for any lab needs.

The lab is located on the roof top at the Kahala mall parking structure where ROSS is. I went during the day on a weekday, and the parking was easy breezy. When I got there, there were no one waiting so I was happy about that. But my "happiness" suddenly ended wit the rude receptionist. LOL The staff who actually handled the sample collection was nice and professional. However, the staff at the front desk was plain rude. Now I understand why the place is not busy with no wait. With Queen's Health Care Center and other medical offices in the same Kahala Mall so near, this place can boost more business, but I guess with the rude staff, people will just go else where. (or may be the receptionist is purposely being rude so she doesn't have to work as much.... hmmm)

Wow! Just had a great blood draw with Gasena(sp?) at the Kahala Clinical Labs. I know this is weird to say about a blood draw, but I have tiny, tiny veins and I am always looking for an excellent and experienced phlebotomist. I forgot to prepare for this blood draw, no hydration and no warmth, but, no problem she applied the hand warmers with cute cartoon characters. My usual veins were flat, so no go on those veins. Gasena suggested a hand draw, I was scared, but she reassured me. Yes, no pain and she filled three tubes, wow! Thank you so much, Gasena! Also, no bruising on my hand, just amazing!

Had a great experience here today. The staff and the front desk person Kazina (sorry if that's spelled wrong!) was absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to help me. I was concerned with not knowing how much one of the labs would cost, and wasn't sure if my insurance would cover it. She got on the phone with my doctor to double check which labs he was requesting, and then called Clinical Labs headquarters to confirm pricing for me. The place is spotless, clean bathroom and the nurses all do a great job of making you feel comfortable. If you're getting labs done- make sure to book an appointment so you won't have to wait. If you have an appointment it should only take about 15 minutes for the whole process. Highly recommend Clinical Labs at the Kahala Mall and I will always choose that location if and when I need more labs done.

they need two workers there, the only one working and this has happened twice, cannot check in and keep everyone happy who is waiting whether with an appt or not.. the second time i've gone when they cannot find my doctors orders and i had to come back again after fasting so it had to be another day.. the staff is friendly, but i waited half an hour to find out she couldn't find my docs orders, now my doc said it was sent 5 days ago, if they had a person to check in and then to do the bloodwork or testing that would expedite and keep a more timely situation.. staff is friendly, not her fault
