Careful, this place sells lemons. Half their vehicles are salvage titles, vehicle I bought from them had one problem after the next. Thankfully some idiot in a lifted truck totaled my lemon and insurance gave me more than I paid. I would be SOL without that.

Bought a 2009 jeep wrangler. Typical used car salesman that does not deliver what is contracted with them and pretty much did not do what they said they would. Jeep had a death wobble so they put 4 new shocks on it and told us it was good. Took them 2 weeks to replace 4 shocks. Got the jeep on another island and now have to fix the issues they said was worth 3k. Jeep requires a new pcm, $700 (unknown when we looked at it but mechanic flashed to hide as there is nothing in history). Gas tank skid plate is totally rusted out. Death wobble Still there. Convertible top is unusable because back window was removed. Buyer beware. 3k in parts later and I might be able to drive it safely.

The sales manager Gerard has gone above and beyond helping me secure financing for a car. While I was car shopping, the guy over at Jerry V Hyundai said that no one works harder for anyone than him but I think Gerard does!! Thanks so much sales associate Nina and Sales Manager Gerard. I scheduled a test drive not knowing it was this location instead of the one closer to me, when I called to cancel he informed me that he could meet me at my mechanic today and if I liked the car then I could go back to the dealership. He estimated it to be about an hour and then I would get a call saying when they were close to my mechanic. Waited all day and heard nothing. Wasted my whole Friday. Now they are not replying.

Nice used auto dealer with three locations. I spoke with the lot attendant in Aiea who was helpful. The manager in Liliha was great. My salesman, Jack, was awesome and low pressure. He made the car-buying experience great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle

I bought a car from the Aeia location and Jack was so kind and patient. They had the cheapest prices on Island after days of research on used car dealerships. It took a couple of days for me to figure out which one I would buy, yet he stayed patient and showed me multiple cars throughout the days. He gave honest opinions and wasn’t there to just sell you something you may not like. Once the decision was made, he finished my car insurance, payment and registration within 30 minutes. He went out of his way to provide me rides to and from the barracks, which is a big deal as Uber in Hawaii can be costly. He sacrificed his gas and time, which totally minimized the stress of buying a used car.You can tell all of the guys there are down to earth and not out to get your money and rip you off. Jimmy and Kealii were out there detailing cars for hours as I was test driving cars. Many fellow buyers had their cars fresh and clean, ready to drive, thanks to them.My radio was connected to speakers that the previous owner had put in and took back out yet Jack and Jimmy were able to help me connect it back to the stock speakers. He made multiple phone calls to different stereo shops and were able to obtain what was needed to get my radio working again. Jimmy the mechanic is amazing! He went out of his way to get the part from the store to install it back to the stock speakers for me. I love these guys. I will recommend to any incoming personnel at my unit any day and for anyone on island.

Was looking for a car online and came across City auto add then I decided to stop by. Jack the sales man was really helpful, answered all the questions I had about the Car and some. The transaction was a breeze. For my surprise after 3 days I received a call saying that the car was already registered under my name. Definitely will by a Car from city auto again

My first time selling a car and buying a car from a pre-owned dealership. Denzel made selling my car to him really QUICK, SIMPLE, and trustworthy! After buying our family’s car he then sold us a car just as EASY & FAST! My mom couldn’t go to there dealership after work so he met up with her, showed the inventory and worked an approval so fast! First time car buyer and got a GREAT RATE AND MONTHLY!! a fraction of the time and less hassle a big car dealer would have taken! I recommend this place to friends and family. And a good 5 stars to Denzel and City Auto Sales from Maribel Garcia!
