I have often been greeted at hot food area by cold and moody service. Deterred now from purchasing anything in hot foods at this location. Have experienced moody service from one of the cashiers so I just do self checkout now at this location.Store seems clean and well stocked for what they offer. Self checkout staff are always warm and courteous.

ONE BIG PROBLEM. There is no elevator to go up to a certain businesses such as optometrist. Thus patients with wheelchair, have a stroller etc are not able to access their services. Very inconsiderate of the management.Other than that, they have built playground and has been working on long term projects to improve the marketplace and family friendly.

Parking is tight in this center. No hot line and was told 30 minutes wait for plate lunch. 8 dim sum and a gau $26, little expensive.

On a visit to Manoa Marketplace, wife and I discovered Leahi Health Restaurant, which offers a 100% plant-based menu and creative smoothies which are delicious and full of health-giving vitamins, spices, or herbs.The Marketplace is typically quite busy, its parking lot full, so visiting at off hours can be a plus. There is a farmers' market here on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and a nice bakery with yummy breads and desserts.

I enjoy going here for various restaurants, grocery shopping and coffee. Most of the restaurants here are good. Cozy feeling in the valley.

Shopping and dining in Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii... There are at least six buildings at Manoa Marketplace. Some buildings have two stories, and others are single-leveled, such as McDonald's. The main stores are Longs and Safeway. Other shops are smaller, such as Island Manapua, BRUG Bakery, Kay's Crackseed, Fendi Boulangerie, Leahi Health, Paesano Restaurant, Edible Arrangements, Manoa Sushi, and Le Crepe Cafe. The newest addition was Aroma Italia. Upstairs businesses include Allison Izu, Manoa Nails, Salon Kai, dentists, a dance studio, and jiu-jitsu. There's also a post office, a laundromat, financial institutions, and a veterinarian clinic. Overall, it's a calm and quiet outdoor mall. After the most recent renovation, there still are many trees, new common areas with benches, chairs, and tables, and a children's play area! There's also a Farmers' Market on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 7am to 2pm!

The shopping center appears to have had a face lift different shops, some shops have left and a few original shops are still there.
