Great experience at Cartier in Ala Moana mall! My sister purchased a sentimental love ring for a significant accomplishment in her life. And Travis was respectful and took extra time and care to ensure my sister made the best decision for herself. His professionalism and patient demeanor was much appreciated and had us leaving the store impressed with the Cartier experience. A+ customer service from Travis, will recommend him to friends and family in the future if Cartier is something they plan on investing in

I ordered a bracelet for my Ballon Bleu watch from this location a few months ago. The service from the representative was awesome. Even the gentleman who was near the door was nice as well. The value for all of their items are always on point. I would definitely go back to this location and purchase additional items later for the family. Cartier remains my #1 favorite store that I have purchases from followed by Montblanc at a close 2nd.

The Ala Moana location is the only Cartier store in which I had an outstanding experience (granted I've only been to a few). From the minute I set foot in the store to the second I left, everyone was so kind and professional. Travis was my SA and I would rather fly back to Hawaii to make a purchase than visit any of the stores located near me- especially not Valley Fair because if I'm dropping thousands of dollars, I'm allowed to be petty. Travis was so gracious and never made me feel rushed or pressured me into buying anything. I was able to try out 3 pieces at a time to compare and get a feel for what I really wanted. Additionally, I really appreciated how he took the time to point out features on certain pieces and provided the story behind the jewelry as these were all details that I would have never thought to ask. If you're planning on making a purchase from Cartier, I would highly recommend this location. The associates here are truly trained on providing excellent service.

I don't usually shop the luxury stores that are the Ala Moana "first floor" (technically L2) experience - usually think of all of them as aimed at tourists, not for us locals. But, I had reason to venture where locals dare not and become a shopper at Cartier, and I was so pleased with the experience! The store is a jewel box, exactly what I'd expect of a "maison" that has been a fashion leader for a few generations. Entering can be a bit intimidating, at least for me, as I felt I needed an appointment, but when I described what I was looking for, it quickly shifted to amazingly attentive service and the aloha welcome I expect in my home state. I've only really seen Cartier online, and the cologne/perfume in stores, so it was wonderfully dazzling to see the watch and jewelry designs in person. Best was the service! I was welcomed to my "I'm just looking and want to learn" response to what I wanted to see. I had my specifics, and had opportunity to experience several options. It was fun. But, I was also on a mission. The next day, I know, or thought I knew, what I wanted, and set up an appointment so I could go full in on luxury shopping nirvana and Cartier did not disappoint. The ultimate decision was a great buying experience. I think I actually got great value on the pieces I decided to buy, especially compared to some of the other luxury options also at Ala Moana, and compared to different brands I've bought before. At this type of store, you also expect attention to detail, and that wasn't missed. But also celebration, and that was definitely delivered. As I said, hopping into this type of store isn't every day for me, but I highly recommend it. Cartier has classically perfect styles that are evergreen. And, sometimes you deserve a little bit more than the usual stand in line experience to buy the next thing. Go, buy some bling (I went watch crazy), have a little purchase celebration. You, or your loved one (and you) deserve it.

I had a lovely experience with Travis! The store manager Sanford also came by to say hello. He offered me a glass of champagne and was very delightful! I walked in to get sized for the Juste de clou bracelet. Travis was very helpful and attentive. He spent a lot of time with me. I tried on various bracelets. Including the love bracelet, both with and without diamonds. I also tried on the love rings. I loved the classic look of the rose gold love ring. It's perfect for every day use. Travis was extremely helpful in writing down all the details for my husband, so he can just walk in and purchase the exact item I want. I purchased the love ring during my visit. I can't wait to receive my Juste de clou rose gold bracelet from my hubby for my birthday gift! Mahalo Travis and Sanford for a wonderful stress free experience!

Update: Spoke with Erin and customer service today per her invitation to call. While Erin was a good listener and offered a very polished but scripted response to my concerns, she was unable to extend any options to "make this right" based on her Yelp response invitation. So, in summary, I purchased an item, it was defective, I brought it in for repair, received no response from the company for nearly a month after I dropped it off, had to contact the corporate office for follow-up, and then received an estimate for repair equal to the pens value. Every agent I've spoken with regarding this issue simply thanks me for my concerns and assures me that they will share feedback with their superiors. Having worked in luxury service for many years myself, it is disappointing that there is literally no partnership with the customer to explore ways to "make things right." Note that I am not looking for (and have never asked for) anything for free from this company. I'm simply looking for a reasonable repair for a product that was supposed to last and didn't. Not a great experience.

BEWARE OF THE REPS SELLING YOU DEFECTIVE ITEMS!!! We were sold a Love Bracelet with 6 diamonds that had a defective bracelet closing system!When I was trying on the bracelet, the rep (who no longer works there) told me the closing system worked that way - that the two ends of the bracelet did not line up directly with each other and were offset by a little. The rep told us that was "normal". We didn't know any better since it was our first Cartier purchase.A few months ago, I went to get the bracelet cleaned at a different Cartier store. This was when I was informed that the bracelet had a defect! I then had the bracelet sent to the New York store to get a diagnosis of what was wrong.Turns out the bracelet closing system is broken and would have to be reproduced for a cost of $2,100! We were shocked since we were sold the bracelet in this condition. It is not right that we now we have to pay for it to be corrected... The management team couldn't do anything for us, so we're stuck with this lemon.I hate to write this review since we have made multiple purchases at this location before we found out we were sold a defective item. Cannot believe Cartier would even allow defective items in their inventory to be purchased in the first place.

Worked with Rumi on the purchase of my Santos Medium. She was awesome to deal with and did not pressure me at all when I can in initially to try the watch on to see if I would like it, and I sure did! Came back the next day to wrap everything up and it was all smooth sailing from there. Thanks again Rumi :)

Visited this location back in May on our summer trip to hawaii. Had a wonderful experience. Can't remember SA's name but she was really sweet! Gave my daughter and I POG. The store was pretty quiet. She wasn't pushy. Purchased a small yellow gold love bracelet. At the end she packaged everything so nicely and even offered to clean my love ring which I purchased back home in the mainland. She even gave me a cleaning solution. This experience was much better than the experience I had back home at my local cartier. Can't wait to be back on my next trip :)

Last week we went to here to get my trinity ring, Ms Austin is very helpful and kindly, my first Cartier trip went very smoothly and feel been treated great. I love my ring and highly recommend her.
