My husband looked online to find out where he could get a truck cover and Car Quest was one the places. He called them and was told if he ordered it online, he would get 15% off. They would send him an email with a confirmation code and he could pick it up at the store.We were in their parking lot when we ordered it, received the email and went in the store to show them the number. We waited about 15 minutes before it was ready for pick up. Would've been nice if we could have just order it over the counter showing the discount code we received and get the item within minutes.The workers were friendly and helpful so that was a plus!

Parking is in a garage at this location. They close up 10-15 minutes early. Don’t waste a trip if you can’t get there a half hour ahead of time.

i bought a pair of front brake calipers in 2014 (life time warranty it says back then), brake is locking up now , tried to warranty it they say different owner will not warranty the calipers anymore. napa warrantied my rear brake calipers the other day!! and I bought it the same day in 2014!! And they kept their lifetime warranty promise and gave me a new pair of calipers!these guys( Carquest) don"t!!! next time i wont buy anything from carquest anymore if thats how you warranty your products! no matter if different owner! same damn name!!! I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CARQUEST ANYMORE!!!II I ADDED THE PICTURE OF RECEIPT OF NAPA warrantying my rear calipers and a receipt of carquest that don't warrant s****** think again people if you guys going to buy from carquest !!!!!!!!! I rather do my shopping at places that gives the warranty!!

Super helpful customer service. Helped me diagnose an issue that O’Reilly’s misdiagnosed. Saved me tons of money and even offered to help do a battery swap.Would definitely come back. Better prices than other mainland chains.
