Went to look for laminate molding to replace a old piece that was coming apart on between our kitchen and living room carpet. Rick helped us find a great piece quickly! He was friendly and efficient.

Came in here just to look at carpet. We’ve been here before and walked out with nothing. JESSICA M was a total help and very friendly. She helped us look for exactly what we were looking for and more. She even talked us into getting a padding for our carpet. She made our carpet shopping enjoyable and fun!

I went to Bouganville flooring to find rugs for my house. Carrie was extremely helpful when I explained what I was looking for. I appreciated her product knowledge and friendly attitude. Additionally, I was driving a Camry and had purchased an 8 X 10' rug. Steven Cortez was so nice and very helpful loading the big rug into my car. He showed me how to put my back seats down when I did not realize my car could even do that! I highly recommend this company to anyone shopping for flooring. ( and the plate lunches sold by the 2 guys in front of the store are also highly recommended!)

Carrie was my amazing consultant at bougainville. I made several visits looking for a special backsplash. I changed my mind several times but she always gave me special attention to my ideas at every visit. Bougainville has so many beautiful choices that it just made me more confused..... Carrie went through at least 20 items that would work and explained what each item was made of... visit this store! Everyone is so helpful and friendly! They will complete your home renovation!

As a return Customer to Bougainville Flooring, I was hoping to find, purchase & get my unfinished five year delayed floor project in my East Kapolei home completed. An appointment was set to meet with Sr. Sales Consultant, Mrs. Carrie Lau, to get the "ball rolling."
Carrie greeted me and immediately took me to the floor remnants conveniently located a few steps from the Front Entrance. In advance, I sent her a few pics' of my existing floors which I bought the materials from Bougainville five years ago. 'Although they didn't carry the product any longer, Carrie selected similar shades and textures of floor remnants on display closely matching up to the "example board" I brought from home. Being that the unfinished floors were in two bedrooms and a master bathroom, Carrie thoroughly explained to me the shade, durability and type(s) of material for both areas. To me, that was a load off of my concerns as "water resistance" was apart of my worries especially in the master bathroom.
After I picked the remnant I wanted, we sat in her work cubicle as Carrie figured out the approx. amount of materials, based on my measurements, plus the floor padding and baseboards for my project. Then, she mentioned the option(s) of demo' removal of the existing old carpet and the installation of the new flooring by their workers and the time period it would require for my home project. Plus, Carrie mentioned of having a Field Tech' coming to my home to remeasure the work areas to ensure accuracy in the amount of materials needed before the project began. These options were a HUGE relief on many levels as I'm a "Kupuna" (Senior) and my "D.Y.I" years are over, Ha, ha, ha!
Carrie then figured out the costs for the entire project and without hesitation I placed a "down payment" on my project. Within an hour after I left the Super Store, their Field Tech, Marcus, followed up with a call me to set an appointment to meet me at my home. But, when I got home and saw my daily calendar, I had to reschedule due to a dental appointment. I contacted Carrie, who relayed my change to Marcus who was more than accommodating to reschedule for the next day which fit me perfectly.
Aloha Families and readers of this REVIEW. I'm not getting any special treatment or considerations for this REVIEW. This "SPIRIT OF ALOHA" was shared five years earlier, by another Sales Consultant, with Bougainville Flooring Super Store. I always heard that the Owners of the firm were Christians, treats their Employees "like Ohana" and always put out First Class service. With all that said, returning to the Super Store to finish my home project was never in question. Competitors will promise you the Moon & Stars. I just wanted Honesty and Quality for my hard earned $$. Simple and Sweet.
