I very much enjoyed my experience getting Jo Malone fragrances with Christine and the other very cool representative. Christine is such an awesome knowledgeable spokesperson, and very awesome. I will be back to get other fragrances and dresses in the future!

I love this Bloomingdale's! The people here are always so quick to help every time I walk into the store. Very friendly and helpful employees. I also love trying on outfits in the fitting rooms here, light changing features and spacious rooms-- it really makes a difference when I'm trying on clothes. Check out their sales as they usually have good deals even on designer sunglasses and shoes here! Value is definitely there if you find a good deal. Always feel so relaxed shopping here.

I never thought I would be profiled while shopping, but here I am writing this review. I was followed like a hawk by this tall lanky man in the purse department, and then a haole guy in the sunglasses department.... just because I had a reusable bag with me??? I honestly don't even understand that since everyone carries one now days. Or maybe because I took awhile to shop because I am indecisive? Regardless of the reasoning, they made me feel really uncomfortable. The guy in the purse department had his phone out and might've been filming me. Little do they know what I actually do for a living smh. Well looks like I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Lori and her Supervisor that morning were absolutely fabulous! I didn't have enough for a Tom Ford but they had a sale on Dior and talked me easy on a Savauge Elixir instead. Moments before we were at Macys and the counter lady with no other customers was rushing us to "hurry and buy". We returned valentines week and purchased 3 Tom Fords fragrances

Beautiful, large, clean store. Great brands, good selection, helpful staff. Is it cheap, you ask? Well, I think you guessed right. No. You get what you pay for (most of the times).

The salespeople somehow managed to make me feel unwelcomed in the store. Went all over Ala Moana looking for a brown peacoat, was met in the aisle by 3 staff in a row all greeting me one after the other, pretty awkward. Anyways, I found EXACTLY what I was looking for here on a nice display, but not only did the sales person not even try to sell it to me, they actually gave me a weird look, and then went over and readjusted the jacket after I looked at it. If any of them had even bothered to ask me what I was looking for, they wouldve made an easy sale. But I'm guessing since I was wearing beach clothes (in Hawaii mind you) they didn't take me seriously ? pretentious and judgemental

Came in to buy some jeans - Agnes Uminska-Pilat spent time with me and helped me choose several pairs - she was attentive and kind. I hate to buy jeans but she made the while experience pleasant and successful - there is a nice curated selection of upscale denim at this location- store was clean and stock was nicely presented. We added some classic T's and the result is that I'm more than satisfied ! Highly Recommend !

called them regarding of the account and shipping issues. Their customer service is located in the philippines. I had a hardtime to understand him, Candice? took me about 15 min to get nothing. I requested Candice to let me talk to his boss and he just pushed me around but didnot forward me to his boss. Really difficult. He didnot listen what you ask but just told you what he liked. Really difficult. Looks like you have to go visit their store and or call their store to talk to someone who can communicate.
