Ordered a same day bouquet for wife’s birthday and they were delivered that afternoon as promised. The bouquet was very fresh, full, and tastefully designed. Highly recommend!

I like to thank the staff at Beretania Florist for the lovely flower arrangement. We received the flowers earlier today in the morning at the Hotel Resort we are staying at. My wife is happy and loves them for her Birthday today June 11th. Thank you again for the delivery today and the excellent service. I appreciate it.

Have used Beretania Florists for years and recipients always loved their flowers, especially the roses. The customer service was always very personable and friendly. They would often call or email to see how they were.
Maybe just bad luck or the Mother’s Day rush, but the dozen roses picked up on April 29, 2024, for wife’s birthday didn’t look so bright and healthy and they began looking a bit dark, droopy and sickly after only 3-4 days. In the past, they fully opened after 3-4 days and looked fresh and bright for 10-14 days.
Still recommend but with caution because this experience was not exceptional like before.

Ok, service here was excellent. We walked in, my girlfriend told the girl what she usually gets and the girl says ok, let's see what I have in the back. She came back like 3 minutes later with a beautiful bouquet! 3 stars because it's so expensive but you are paying for beautiful flowers and excellent service.

Recently attended a celebration of life service. I placed a phone order and the lady was super helpful and pleasant with recommendations. Delivered on time...I was very pleased with the beautiful tropical arrangement. Attention to small details for a beautiful outcome! Pricey... but you get what you pay for!!

Needed a birthday present to be sent to my girlfriend in Honolulu. The arrangement in their menu looked beautiful - however, the actual arrangement was just stunning. Thank you for the great service and the quick delivering time. She was so surprised. You are my go to Florist back home in Honolulu.

I sent an anniversary bouquet to my husband because I was out of town. Absolutely the most gorgeous arrangement I've had since living in Hawaii. Highly recommend them for any occasion. The flowers lasted over two weeks. Very satisfied customer

I ordered flowers for Morher's Day for my mom who just recently past away to be delivered to her grave site. The lady who took my order promised me a picture and it was never sent to me as promised. I was very upset, the flowers would have brought me comfort since I am located in NY. I understand it's a busy weekend but promises should be kept and if they were not able to do what i requested they should have never taken my order. I am still awaiting for a manager to call me back

I was so impressed with Beretania Florist. This was my first time placing an order with them. Their website arrangements looked beautiful; above and beyond any other Oahu florist. Much to my surprise the actual delivered arrangement looked exactly like the website picture. It was gorgeous!They were so helpful and communicative... In my experience with other florists, they will substitute for what they have in stock and the arrangement ends up being something completely different than what I ordered/expected. Beretania called me with other options AND had the original flowers incoming on a shipment… so I was happy they reached out and gave me options based on the urgency of the arrangement.I plan to place many more orders, and would highly recommend Beretania Florist!
