Went stopped in this past Monday as an anniversary watch shopping trip for my husband, and Nancy went above and beyond to guide us through all there was. From understanding his wants in this next timepiece, to our budget, she was accommodating and we were able to find the perfect watch - a Hamilton jazzmaster!Thank you again, Nancy for such a memorable experience!

I needed to resize my wedding ring. Having purchased the ring in Denver, I was not sure how easy it would be now living in Hawaii. Thankfully there is a Ben Bridge on Oahu so I only had a short flight from Maui to Oahu. Phoebe was so great to work with. I appreciate her time, professionalism and overall demeanor. I also purchased another necklace with Phoebe’s guidance! Thanks Phoebe for being fabulous!

Went in just for a battery change service, but service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ben was great. Will be back when it’s time to purchase a new watch.

We appreciate the professional and friendly help from Shiela. She was very helpful and spent much time with my wife explaining how a “O” could be added to her gold chain to make it shorter as needed. Although we didn’t buy anything at that visit, we would certainly reach out to Shiela for future jewelry needs. Thank you.

Very nice customer service. Didn't feel rushed, they let us see whatever we wanted. and were very kind to let us know our options about payment and care plans as well as listing out all it included. If you are looking for watches, rings, accessories, ETC. I recommend going to see Sheila.

Nice, spacious interior with plenty of choices to fit your style. Staff is incredibly polite and patient. I spend a good half hour just looking back and forth between watches. Thank you Sheila for assisting me the whole time.
