Our bank teller Katrina F. was so helpful in setting up our auto loan payment. Katrina made the process much easier than we thought it was going to be. Katrina was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would come back to this Bank of Hawaii solely based on our interaction with Katrina. Thank you for all of your help!

I want to thank Tanya for taking her time to help me through a very difficult/complicated situation. Her help solved my problem quickly when all other options weren't working. Even though when I came in to deposit money. It is a long line. But wait time only like 5 minutes. Very fast & friendly employees. Always have positive experiences with this location. Highly recommend.

Quick to take your money but when you need it there's FEES for everything! When you're in Hawaii there's always lines and it's slow. I'm living in Vegas now and it's a pain in the a** to get my money.

Such a inconvenience with the kupuna hours. Your located in a industrial district where people are working and on the move. Thanks to the lady in the front who told me I should drop off the cash in Waianae instead of depositing into an account. You just reminded me why I don't bank with this bank!

Got there pretty late to deposit money into an account that I opened online. After waiting in line, I found out from the teller that I had opened the wrong type of account. I needed an account that I could write checks but a opened an account with only a debit card. I explained that I needed the account by the next day. They asked me to come back the next day but I told them that would be too late. They asked if I could wait and they would have someone help set up the account that day. I said yes and gladly waited. I ended up opening two accounts that day. Great customer service.

I just think their app needs its own review. It is so useless. It regularly is unavailable and seldom functions as it should. In theory, you should be able to do all the requisite banking tasks, but for that to happen, the app must actually function. Thus, if you are considering a bank in whiich you plan to do a lot of online things, I'd look elsewhere.

Customer Service which I only ever did over the phone is excellent. The problem is their systems and customer interactions must be outdated or have some other issues. Impossible to get anything done electronically. Tried for 1 month to get an account closed document and they just couldn't get it together. Frustrating to call and be on 30 minute or longer holds. The Agents are always friendly and make every effort to help but appear limited by the tools available to them.

Very friendly staff and the location is perfect - the parking gets tricky, though their flow of customers going in and completing their transactions seems sufficiently easy which makes waiting time inside and outside very tolerable.Management and staff are highly trained in customer service, professionalism, courtesy and their job. They all seem to enjoy what they do and have a sense of genuine care and respect not only for each other, but also their clients...Mahalo BOH - you all ROCK!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - 5 stars across the board!!!

I recently went through the process of applying for a mortgage loan with the Bank of Hawaii. While the process in general is tedious, agent Destenie Turner, helped me tremendously. I was a first timer and didn't know what to expect but she was there every step of the way. Mahalo!!
