Sold my car in August and still didn’t receive any payment. Promised me the money would be send within 5 days. Yet 35 days passed (and still counting), no payment received.
Don’t sell your car here, just don’t.

Bought my Porsche 718 GT4 here. Kyle is a good guy to work with. There were a few hiccups but Kyle made sure to take care of them. Highly recommend you go to him.

Great team here that really cares about meeting your automotive needs without pressuring an upset to make more money off you

My family stepped in here and inquired about a vehicle. They told me it was on the other lot and they’d go grab it for us, and it’ll take 10 minutes.
We walked around for 10 minutes and sat down and had to wait for another 20 minutes. Finally they brought us the vehicle. It was in rough rough shape and was not ready for sale by any means.
The vehicle they showed us didn’t have a driver door lock, the driver knew panel was falling off, the driver front tire was bald, and when I turned off the engine… it wouldn’t restart because the battery they tried to offload was dead.
The exterior was very rough as well. I was honestly shocked that a dealership would try to sell a piece of junk like this. It’s been a while since I’ve bought a car, so maybe this is the norm nowadays?
That being said, I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. This is why Hawaiians don’t trust used car salesmen and don’t buy from dealerships. Just a lot of trust issues with Autosource.
Despite all these concerns, I kindly asked for a best price. Instead they asked me for my best price. Everyone knows in a negotiation, you never give your offer first. So I stood my ground. They then told me to shop elsewhere and come back if I decided to shop here.
What a waste of our time and theirs too. I do not recommend this place at all. Typical used car salesmen tactics. However, Sammy was professional at all times. I think these tactics are coming from management.
I eventually bought my vehicle off of Facebook. It was cheaper, better, and smoother than Autosource. So disappointed because I live close to Autosource.

I'd been really pleased with Autosource at first - so glad now I waited to do a review! All kinds of promises to get to you sign on the line but they don't follow through. Left the lot with plastic wrap and gps tag still in the vehicle (wasn't too worried about that, but... Ick). They'd promised to send out a guy to make a spare key since the car only came with one -- 2 weeks later and only after we "reminded" them, they went back on it. Not sending anyone out and the key is too expensive to cover the cost off as they'd promised. Highly disappointed with how this has turned out, do not recommend.

Don't ever work with these liars. Absolute trash across the board. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible customer service, they will all lie straight to your face about everything.
Every single promise they made to me at signing was not lived up to. Told me the small repairs the car needed would take 2 weeks to complete, its now been 6 months and I'm still waiting. Told me they would renew my registration, 6 months later it's still not taken care of. Told me I would get a loaner car the same size as my vehicle, my actual loaner was half the size of my vehicle and had a flat tire I had to fill up every 3 days.

I recently bought a car from AutoSource and had an excellent experience with Sam. He was knowledgeable, patient, and provided great customer service. I never felt pressured and ended up with a car I love. Highly recommend Sam.

Bought a use Audi here about a year or so ago. And within that year I spent about $13k in getting it fix. The car seem good at first but somehow problems after problems start present itself few month of owning it. I gotcha say. This is probably one of the worst decisions I ever made in my entire life and I regret every minute of it. Do your research before making any rational purchase. It will save you a lot of headaches and burn in your wallet down the road.

I worked with Kyle to purchase a blue convertible 2014 Jaguar F-Type from Autosource. He assured me by phone it had no accidents. So my wife and I booked a flight from Maui to Honolulu and rented a car to go get it, nearly $400 total. When we got there to purchase the car, I noticed it had been painted! The passenger door and right rear quarter panel showed signs of being repaired and repainted, quite poorly I might add. Kyle said just because CARFAX doesn’t list any accidents, it only means none were reported. I wish he would have disclosed that damage to me over the phone, which he obviously knew about, and saved me a trip and a bunch of money. I no longer trust that company or any of the vehicles they sell.

I answered an ad for a car that I thought was a private party ad. I was told that I would get a return call and the price doubled by the time I got the return call. When I asked why the price doubled the employee told me that the person selling the car has changed the price. Offering anything at a lower price than you expect to sell it for is just a waste of time. Sure, it'll probably get the phone to ring but the callers feel betrayed when they find out the actual price. I will not buy anything from Autosource.

Read the negative reviews. I came here to buy a car, but found a few major mechanical things wrong with it. Salesman Noah was rude and made several false statements about the car's condition. Rima (owner) was dismissive and kept trying to promise he'd fix the car AFTER I bought it (but refused to put that part in writing).
In the end they were frustrated I didn't buy and blamed me for "wasting their time."
Truth is it took hours just to get straight answers and realize they didn't plan to fix anything.
To top it all off, they insisted on a price $10,000 ABOVE book value. So I said no thanks.
Dishonest and not competent. Not a good place.
I'm happy I didn't buy a car here.
I think you'll be happy if you buy somewhere else.

I sold my car at Autosource Hawaii. Noah and Rima were both great to work with. They offered a fair price, and we got the deal done fast. It was quick and easy, and I would definitely go back.

Let me start off with I rarely write review's for any company, but I am taking the time to write one for Autosource to alert others to their somewhat shady practice.
1) When I checked the star rating on most of the sources they were ranked decent at a 3 star, 4 star and somehow 5 star ranking so didn't realize that if I were to proceed I had to do so with extreme caution. In hindsight, I did not take the time to sort the review so for the newest date. So missed the actual many 1 star reviews that were probably from actual customers (not the 5 star reviews that were possibly from friends/fake identities).
2) The oil light popped on when we were taking the vehicle for a test drive. My salesperson Noah told me that he would have their service department check on it prior to us closing on the deal. Before I signed all of the paperwork to close the deal, I asked Noah what their service department said. He responded with "Oh they just had to top off of the oil". When I started to drive the vehicle home, the oil light popped on again. I texted Noah right away, he responded that the service department would take care of it when they called me next week. I later ended up taking the vehicle to a mechanic and they mentioned there was basically no oil in the vehicle. He said the dealership probably didn't do anything and I was lucky that I brought it in before something happened to the engine seized.
3) After signing the paperwork to close the deal but prior to me taking possession of the vehicle, I noted that there appeared to be damage to the bumper. In reality it was the rear tow hook cover missing. It had been hidden because the rear end was parked closely next to another vehicle. I asked if the dealership was going to take care of that. Noah told me that their manager would take care of the bumper. I would receive a call the next week from their service department. I also asked that their manager email me a confirmation that they would handle the repair - which I did receive from Rima. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any call back from the Service Department.
4) Both the registration and safety check was expired when they sold me the vehicle. That was also a long ordeal - that when I finally received the registration in the mail there was no current safety check sent also. Basically Autosource did a safety check and sent it into the DMV, but they refused to send it to me. They stated that they do not mail safety checks to customers. Rather than offer to have me stop by - she stopped responding to me. I ended up just going to get a new safety check.
In hindsight, I didn't get completely ripped off on the vehicle. I did pay a thousand more than I wanted to on the vehicle. My mechanic basically told me I was extremely lucky because he had seen horror stories with his other customers that have dealt with Autosource - where they have been ripped off, and sold a lemon. They basically don't do any fixes on vehicles and just do a nice detail on the outside of the vehicle.
I would definitely avoid this dealership in the future.

Service leading up was great, offered me to take the tacoma home as my wife was unable to make it down with the kids to see in person. I notified the salesman that I would think about it and will come back next weekend, if it was meant to be then it would still be there. The overall manager (asian gentlemen with glasses) was initially great as well but then when I said I would talk to my wife he kept pushing and said "are you really going to let your wife dictate whether you get the truck or not?" ....I proceeded with a handshake and thank you for your time. I will not be returning.
