Main problem was with office administration. Phone calls are answered by agent that is not at the repair facility so they do not have immediate access to information regarding the repair. Messages are often left unreturned.the computer generated text updates are nice but does not necessarily correspond the agent who actually calls to confirm completion of the repair. Once again agent is not on site so not aware of last minute problems.My completion notice was changed three times and was not ready when I showed up after text and verbal confirmation.Repair itself was satisfactory.

Teema and Mahina are extremely good at their jobs and go above and beyond their duties. I'm handicap and they helped me in anyway they could which was extremely kind of therm. The people at Autocraft are good people. the mechanics know what they are doing my car was done within a week! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car!

One of the best body repair on Oahu.They are professionals at their craft (pun intended). From the initial inspection of the damages, to providing same day estimation of part cost, was a pleasant and frustration free experience.Auto Craft uses carwise system which informs me nearly on every step of the repair.They will be my go to body shop from now on. Highly recommended.

Kaka'ako Location Review. I couldn't have picked a better auto repair shop in Kaka'ako. Wow! Ale, Tema and Steve were simply amazing. From the quote to finished product, I am impressed at the level and quality of service from this shop! Regular email updates throughout the repair process, not to mention an estimated date of completion that was the actual date of pickup. I believe the Manager was Rachelle who introduced herself to me when I dropped my vehicle off. My car is like new and I am so incredibly grateful. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!!!
