Great vehicle at a fair price. The car was beautifully conditioned, and, most importantly, when I had an unexpected issue soon after purchase, they did an amazing job making sure I was taken care of and the issue corrected. Nikola and Dragan work very hard to make car ownership for you, possible. This was my first time getting financed for a vehicle. I’ve made poor credit decisions in the past and when lenders weren’t willing to extend an offer to me, Nikola took the chance and worked very hard to find a bank that would. He has extensive knowledge and background about the auto industry and finance. These guys are genuine and passionate towards everyone. As a customer, I had preconceived notion that all car salespeople operate sleazy. Auto Connection Hawaii is a true gem of a business that offers used, quality vehicles with a two man team that goes above and beyond to create an unparalleled customer experience. They live up to their slogan of creating relationships. I’ve been to several used car dealerships on the island, and out of all, these guys are the real deal when it comes to customer service.

Bought a vehicle from him and a week later started to have problems. He gave me more excuse. Found out there was so much wrong with it. Then proceed to not to disagree to scamming people. I have to spend several thousands of dollars to get it fixed.

Communist defecators mostly out of their mouths. Do not buy.I purchased a vehicle, they joy drove it after I bought for personal use AFTER TITLE in my name. Car broke, they tried to claim none the wiser. The polish detailer in the next lot showed me pics on social media with my car, Dragan, and unidentified woman driving and possession my vehicle without consent knowledge or divulgence.Un-American. Traitors. Trash. Garbage. Opala. Basura. смећеThieves. Give the industry a bad name. Steer Clear.I paid cash. Car came with 2 keys, I have only one; the purchase occurred over 14 months ago. The other key still in Dragan possession I guess in case his UAE Airways poster girl comes back town. What a mess Perpetuated by a bunch of drunk unprofessional rookies.Still waiting for complete delivery 100% my property AND remediation for theft and damage to MY automobile. I don't care if they offer a new New car for $1....DO NOT BUY.***update***"You will never get your key."Those words from the Manager.Establishes identification said object, possessing, and intent.These guys are Children no offense to kids.*

Wanted to take a moment to write this review because Dragan at Auto Connection continues to go above and beyond!I have now purchased a few cars from them over the years--- as a Single Mom and just as a "woman" it can be hard to trust anyone in this industry. Not only did they truly give me a great deal (as my friends kept telling me) but both Vehicles I have purchased have been such amazing cars for me and my family. Buying used, it can be scary to know if you're going to get a lemon or not and Dragon really makes sure he does his research in getting you not only a great deal but something that is safe and 'perfect for me'.Because I was buying a used Mercedes I was scared of the cost of maintenance as well but he directed me to an amazing family-owned business (MB Euromotors) that also took care of me and he even gave me a loaner. What used car dealership would do that? A luxury one, that's who ;). And someone who cares about his clients!I hope they read this and can feel my gratitude!With much Aloha,~ Tamara

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Auto Connection about two weeks ago. Dragan and Nikola made the process sooo easy! I took the van for a couple test drives (once by myself and the second with my husband). I believe they gave me a reasonable price (based on comparisons from KBB). Then when it actually came to purchasing the vehicle, we went in to put a down payment, sign papers, and they handed over the keys- it took only about 10-15 minutes. They took care coordinating financing with my bank (they offer financing but I chose to use my own bank), as well as transfer of title and registration. They really took the stress out of buying a used car. The van has been running very well so far. My only issue is that there is a small piece missing fromThe front bumper (as seen in the picture), but it's purely cosmetic and expected from a van that's almost 10 years old. Another odd thing is that the trunk won't open all the way- it opened fine when we test drove it, but about the second day after we bought it, it started getting stuck. Had I been more through when test driving it, I might have caught the issue (or not). It seems like an easy fix and it doesn't really bother me, which is why I still give them 5 stars. I still feel like I got a good vehicle for a decent price and easy purchasing process.

I really appreciate Dragan and Nikola's service. They are very friendly and reliable, also very professional. They help me with everything and make sure I am comfortable riding my car. I asked many questions and they willing to answer all of my questions and even help me with my insurance. And the car I bought from them is really clean and we were so happy with it. Thank you so much! If I need another car, I will definitely go to Auto Connection again!
If you are looking for a car in Hawaii, I highly recommend this dealership. Nikola and Dragan were very kind and helped us with many things. The car is very clean and in good condition, so I'm very satisfied with it, and they will also help me with insurance matters, so I don't have to worry!

I don’t usually write a review but Nikola and Dragan are amazing and genuinely I want to give them respect and aloha! I was in a hurry to sell my BMW since I moved off the island, so I visited couple dealerships and they gave me the best offer. I was browsing their cars and noticed they keep them beautiful and clean unlike the other dealers. Speaking of my car, I was misled by BMW dealership financial person, and having some troubles with cancellation for insurance. But Nikola is very knowledgeable and support me even after the deal!! What a heartwarming guy. You are my hero.

I was looking around for a Mercedes Benz S Class and I saw the two models 2011 and 2016 that Nikola had on the showroom floor. I thought that I was never going to be able to put myself into one...but Lo and behold...with Nikola's efforts to see me happy...I'm in a Mercedes Benz S63 2011...and the vehicle is like new inside and out!!! I normally wait until some time has passed to truly form an objective opinion on a product or service provider. It has been a few years since I've purchased my Benz from Auto Connection. I am very happy with the vehicle. Dragan and his crew were professional and courteous during the whole negotiation/purchase process. They were patient to answer my questions and address my concerns. It was smooth from start to finish. I won't hesitate to buy from them again if the right car comes up. Thumbs up to Auto Connection.
