After contacting this shop twice to retrieve a car with mechanical issues for a client.
I asked for Richard and gave my name. He hangs up on me.
Second time calling the shop Richard answered the phone and tells me he will not talk and again hangs up.
I never had a chance to tell him why I was calling. I am at a loss for words
I feel this is very rude unprofessional behavior from a business owner and a red flag for anyone seeking repair.

I had a loose panel in my right rear of my Sonata so McCully Union sent me to AutoBiz. I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me but he was great. He came out right away, looked at my panel, adjusted it, and buffed away the scuff marks. Did it in 15 minutes and I won't tell you what he charged me but it was less than lunch. For body work, I would come here again without thinking twice. Highly recommend.

Peter was very rude. He told us to bring in the car so he could take a look. Explain to him we just needed someone to install the water pump. Then he said how you know it's the water pump. We explained the problem and what we did. He insisted us to bring the car in. Lucky my husband works around the corner. We didn't want to drive it as much as possible to cause more damage. So we got there he was on the phone. He pointed for us to have a seat. We waited and waited almost 30 min before he hung up the phone. Then he goes outside for another 5 min. Came back in still ignored us went to another room. Then he came back and said 'yah'. We told him we brought the car in, oh where in the parking stall. Very sassy! We open the hood he asked us what happened my husband told him what happen. This is what came out of his mouth without checking the car oh blown gasket no can fix. Cost too much money. Not going to fix it and walked away. You going waste your money. Didn't even give us a time of day. He judge us soon as we walked in. He is a rude ??? hole. Well guess what we found someone else and they went in and the water pump was in good condition. It was the timing belt . Awsome, friendly and they very were friendly. I would rate them 5 stars. As for you no stars and no business from us.

These guys are lifesavers and I use them for pretty much every fix I need. Price is waaaay better than taking to the BMW dealership (I drive an older Beamer) and while fixes may take longer if parts have to get shipped from Asia, as long as the fix isn't needed next day, the cost saving is worth it. Highly recommend using them, and Peter (the owner) has like a sixth sense about what causes the issues with my car.

I adore the person who sold me my car, however I did have a super costly oil leak that their mechanics must’ve missed. It was a 10k$ car that costed about $1600 to fix, along with needing 4 new tires $800 -within the first year of purchasing. I tried to reach out to them for a quote with no luck in setting up an appointment. Good seller, I would just highly recommend that you get the vehicle inspected from a different mechanic of your choice before pulling the trigger.

I brought all my cars here to be painted... just like factory.. I knew phong since I was a teenager.. very nice guy... I recommend this place to my family and friends also.. so if u want a paint job... this is the place!!!!! Yesssaaaah

Don't go here to get your car fix!!! Dishonesty!! No Integrity!!! Went in to get Power steering & transmission fix due to pink fluid leak. But they fixed the water pump but all of a sudden they said the radiator fluid is broken but I never had a overheating issue. They just want to charge us more

Overall great experience! A few hiccups in the transaction but Richard, and Charles were flexible and willing to do whatever it took to make it right. Very grateful for them and very happy with our new Tacoma! Definitely recommending them to our family and friends!

Love this place!
Bought a car 7 years ago and came back today to switch for a new one. I refuse to go anywhere else. Staff treats you like family but I have to say Charles was great!! Helped me find the perfect car for me & even better to land a great deal on it!

I highly recommend Auto Biz! The employees were very kind and Charles Marshall was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thanks to him, I have a beautiful 2011 BMW. I am extremely grateful. The car runs great, the interior is in excellent condition. The financing portion went smooth and Charles had everything organized and ready to go.
