they suck*** Customer service by crowding you at the door instead of asking what you need, they just want your name to throw you in line, All I want is to use the payment machine which never works and when it does the store shuts it down early***** they are not as kind as a sales person should be, if you are not a sucker buying a phone, they dont have time for you***

I was there for three hours, walked out with two brand new phones, and two watches, but can only use one Phone and one watch. They changed my Apple ID, which then caused problems on the new phone, so the Apple Store, which I then had to go to for an additional two hours, Had to reset everything and now I have to sign up all new apps which I've used for years, using my new Apple ID, which means I lose everything. I am now carrying two phones and two watches. I don't even know why.I walked in with perfectly great working phones and watches. Just wanted to upgrade.

Walked in here for the first time. First & foremost, it was so nice & cool with their air-conditioning! Someone named “Andrê”immediately greeted us & asked us for help. While he & my husband were hashing out plans, the one question we needed answered, is GUAM included in the plan without being considered international. OMG! Another AT&T associate, named Ramon, jumped right in with the info we needed! He read off all the places included that was effective June 2023! Talk about EFFICIENT!!!! Thank you! Everyone was nice & welcoming.

Look at BBB better business bureau. AT&T is a 1star. Too many problems and not many solutions. 611 is horrible many of them don't understand English well or speak it. They're charging me for my phone when it was supposed to be for free. Whenever i speak to customer service theyve said they see the trade in and itll be taken care of in 2 months and refund my money... nothing happens. This was at the beginning of the year.Months ago(middle of year) they said they'll take care of it and fix my phone bill. Now (october) they say there is no trade in. It feels like they're just dragging me along and not changing anything. They'll say anything to force me to pay my bill. I wish I could go back to T mobile. Simpler, easier and less expensive.Now they say they dont see the trade in so i have to pay this phone off. This experience is horrible. They've lied to me 3x on the phone already. Just today 10/24 I was on the phone for almost an hour and the guy kept silent for 30 minutes without any update before I hung up.What a headache. AT&T seems to be ok until you run into problems. Then no help. I can see why they're a 1 Star business on BBB. All people considering AT&T should look at the issues on BBB.

I tried being cheap and switching to another carrier, that blew up in my face and I lost my old number so I went back to att. This location staffs plenty of employees! I walked in and was helped right away by AJ. He was super personable and a huge help! Thank you!

I was super satisfied with Ramon in another store the phone was 139 but with the recommendation of auto pay I get the phone for much less and he can speak Spanish was excellent service .

If you are looking for incredible customer support, look for Zach and AT&T Ala Moana. He is the best! Super patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure we were happy with our service. I have been a customer with AT&T Wireless for over 20 years and would have to say that he provided one of the best experiences with customer service at AT&T. From now on, I will be contacting him if I need help with my service.

I had gone in to get my Samsung camera screen fixed. Eric was incredibly helpful he noticed some stuff on our account that he brought up and ended up saving us alot of money. He then helped us with adding a kids tablet and even upgrading my boyfriend phone without breaking the bank. He was extremely kind and patient(specially having a needy kiddo with us.) We plan to work with Eric for all our AT&T needs.
