We had a great experience working with Lussami when we were looking for a new couch. She's very knowledgeable in the furniture pieces and answered our questions quickly. We purchased a power reclining sofa and the process was very easy. Lussami is so sweet and never pushy. She did a great job listening to our needs to guide us to our new sofa.

Lussami was a great salesperson. She was helpful, but also gave us space to browse and make decisions. She was eager to research things and look them up for us. She even came in on her day off to help us finalize the paper work for purchases. I wish all sales people were as helpful and nice as Lussami.
