Old car 2012. It’s past noon. Check light came on ?. Altimeter . Was able to drive off with new altimeter installed in less than 2 hrs. Saved my okole again ?????????
Waited in the AC room and had Cheetos and Doritos for lunch ? while it rained that day.

Jamie and her team were so kind and helpful! The latch to my truck hood was broken and they fixed it so quickly and for cheap. Would recommend! :)

Highly recommend. The folks at Artesian Auto Repair are friendly, efficient, informative, and patient. I hope I'm not getting his name wrong but I believe it's Aaron in the office - he takes time to slowly and clearly discuss the issues they've found with my vehicle (even drawing me diagrams to explain the anatomy/function of the parts they're discussing, which is so nice). If it's a larger/more expensive amount of work, they break down issues in order of urgency and importance and don't make me feel pressured to fix and pay for it all at one time. They also discussed the larger picture of my vehicle with me (i.e. value of my vehicle versus cost of repair). All of these factors combined really help me to feel informed in making decisions about my car instead of feeling pressured by mechanics who are in a hurry and rapidly explain things I can't understand.

My 2015 Outback had a breakdown late Wednesday evening. I emailed Artesian and outlined my situation, and Aaron replied early Thursday morning. Understanding that I needed immediate help, he asked me to bring it in for evaluation, which they did in an hour to determine the problem. Aaron was great. He explained the situation, the solution, and how each part they would replace would fix the problem.
Thank you, Aaron and Artesian. You fixed my car quickly and put me at ease.

Artesian did an excellent maintenance job on my HRV. It went quickly as I waited comfortably in their wait room. Within 45 minutes, it was finished at a very reasonable rate. Couldn’t ask for more.
