“My unit is clean. The property managers are friendly and care about the safety of the tenants and our pets.
Pet friendly: almost everyone who lives here has a pet. We have a dog park with a hose to bathe dogs. (I have a cat, so no use of those amenities)
Nice location across the street from boat marina, and short walk to bars/ restaurants, the bus stop and Biki Bikes.”

“Visited Wailana at Waikiki tattoo shop.Dani did an amazing job on my tattoo. It took less than 10 minutes. Isaiah did the stencil and my best friend's tattoo. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit again! Check them out!”

“Great studio apartment we rented for our stay in Hawaii. The location is great because you have everything you need within walking distance, the view is incredible and the beautiful beach is right across the street.”

“My team and I have an active listing in the building - and are still in disbelief over the amazing amenities. There is a bowling alley, full gym, an oversized hot tub, dry sauna, koi ponds surrounding the BBQ area, and a place to practice your golf swing. Ample guest parking & the location…I just love this building. We helped renovate and the management team was very helpful and accommodating.”

“Well maintained and close to everything! Library, post office, and more. One of the elevators can be sketchy at times. I've lived here for several months. No AC. However, the breeze is usually constant.”

“Good community center with a gym, pool, playground, and basketball court. Centrally located in the neighborhood and usually has people but not too often over crouded. They also have 2 rooms for rent for events $100 security deposit is required but it's refundable after the event. We live about a block away and spend a ton of time at the basketball court, playground and pool. The gym is pretty small, but it's a nice amenity to have. I've heard the Halsey terrace gym has been newly renovated and is much nicer, but I haven't visited it. I hope my review helps and if you choose Radford terrace as your new home I welcome you and your family to the neighborhood. Also the Radford terrace Facebook page can offer allot of helpful information along with open invitation events but can also be a place for bored people to vent about ridiculous things.”

“It’s a nice apartment complex for the residents. However, everything is always broke . The intercom: broken. The elevator: broken. There are some areas that need renovation as well.”

“5 for amenities. 1 for the location. The amenities are excellent. Very caring management and staff. The location however leaves much to be desired. A lot of homeless and the building is next to the drug rehab center and an assisted living with people gathering near the center making it unpleasant to walk by.”

“It’s. I don’t own the rights to these fotos but they are very accurate. The grounds are very well kept. All The staff members from Security Maintenance HOA and All others are very professional polite curtious and they respond quickly to any concerns. I’m upgrading my unit and they work extremely easily and happily with me. It’s kept clean and neat smelling fresh and clean daily. They’re upgrading things in the building and making efforts to bring pride to us homeowners and tenants. I’m just waiting on the day they can start the upgrading on the much needed plumbing situation. Other than that I’m grateful to be living here.

UPDATE: 10-15-2024
As of this date I’m happy to report that the plumbing in my unit and adjacent units have been updated and other units plumbing are being updated with brand new pipes as well. Also the elevators have been worked on. The grounds are still kept up nicely (trees trimmed, walkways cleaned, bridge painted, grass freshly cut, pool sparkling, chairs are cleaned, gazebo area nice and clean as always. Oh and there is a beautiful Hawaiian mural painted in the lobby. I found a wonderful pest control company that I have been using for the past year and Thank You Jesus no more ROACHES in my unit. I haven’t seen any in our trash shut area so I’m guessing the information I past onto maintenance they’ve followed through on using them. The neighborhood has changed for the better as well. 5 Star restaurant and pubs. New exciting businesses are here. New apartment building here as well. Lots of renovations going on in the neighborhood making this a jewel ? of a place that I have been blessed to purchase 2 years ago.”

“Lived here for 18 months and it is hands down the best building we’ve lived in out of all the ones in Waikiki. The common areas are always spotless, the units come with top of the line appliances, and the views are amazing (either Manoa valley or the ocean). Other residents are quiet and respectful of each other, we never once had noise issues. The HOA is pretty low for how well the building is maintained. There are other buildings we’ve lived in that had higher fees but the staff is less competent, building is poor managed in terms of maintenance and cleanliness, and building manager is pretty clueless. The building staff here is pretty amazing and really on top of everything.”

“Unique Signature Building! Great design and presence from near and far. Excellent location for business or residence. Walkable to Waikiki beaches, restaurants, amenities; and ala Moana Park and shopping center.”

“Fantastic apartment complex for anyone needing a living space in downtown Honolulu. It’s located near plenty of grocery stores and if you need more options (Foodland, Target, Walmart, Donq) the buses to all those locations are right in front with no transfer needed. Quick access to food like marugame, mcd, L&L, 711, and smol family shops if you are working in downtown or a student passing by.

Management is really nice and helpful (Olivia in the leasing office did a great job settling us in and throughout our stay).

The apartment is kept clean thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff. Security is friendly and consistently ensure the safety of the residents.

Some issues experienced were the trash chute system and the very loud fire alarm but those are more on resident error rather than the building itself.

The construction noises are not as annoying as others may have stated but could be due to construction going down during my stay.

100% recommend”

“Beautiful condominium complex with pool and other amenities. 25 floors many with a nice view. Beware of the many association rules before renting or purchasing. My neighbor has smoked several times daily for over a year in a non-smoking building with no consequences. Rules don't apply to those on the board of directors. Very unpleasant resident manager Zeke, best to avoid him if possible.”

“Just got a studio apt here.
Peaceful, quiet, nice grounds, Saltwater pool.
Lots of Military live here.
Gated property with a guard shack at the entrance but rarely is a guard in there. Not really affordable by Mainland standards, but nothing in Hawaii is. What we pay for a Studio apartment here is the exact same amount you pay for a 3BR/2BA luxury Condo in the heart of downtown Phoenix AZ.”

“I’ve lived at Ala Wai Plaza for over 10 years. It’s a really nice place to live. It’s close to UH, Waikiki and Ala Moana shopping center. The park and bike path are a big plus. The building has a live in manager, security, pool, recreation room, barbecue and storage.”

“This place is a great! It's conveniently close to Ward, Ala Moana, Kaka'ako but tucked away enough for a quieter atmosphere. The rooftop pool and seating area offer amazing 360-degree views and is probably my favorite part about Townhouse. Having a resident manager on-site Monday through Friday ensures things run smoothly. Even though parking is not technically secured, the 24/7 security is reassuring and there are cameras everywhere. At least the entrances to the building are secured key entry. Covered parking and 6 guest parking stall are definite pluses. It's close to everything downtown Honolulu has to offer. Highly recommended if you value convenience and a peaceful environment in the city.”
